| 中文摘要: | 近年来,金融形势发生了巨大变化,在客户资源有限的前提下,作为金融体系枢纽的商业银行如何能做到快速、健康、持续的发展成为至关重要的问题。公司金融业务是商业银行以公司客户和金融机构为服务对象的银行业务。在银行的业务系统中,公司金融业务贡献度最高,它的强弱直接关乎商业银行的整体竞争力。因此,如何科学拟定公司金融业务战略,实现业务的持续发展是摆在商业银行面前的一个重大课题。 中国银行天津市分行是中国银行股份有限公司下属的一级分行,是中国大型国有控股商业银行之一。多年来,中国银行天津市分行公司与金融市场部努力扩规模、调结构、争市场,公司金融业务主要指标超额完成既定目标,市场份额显著提升,实现了又好又快发展。但认真总结,在发展的背后中国银行天津市分行公司金融业务还隐藏着对公客户资源和有效客户数减少、客户结构不合理、利润率下降等一系列问题,归其原因,在于部门的战略方案不够科学、完整,省略了许多诸如内部环境分析的关键战略环节,并且已经制定的战略方案由于多种原因不能很好的执行,造成了执行与目标的偏离。因此,中国银行天津市分行公司金融业务亟需一套符合自身发展要求的战略方案与实施方法。 本文利用系统分析和定量定性结合的方法,通过对中国银行天津市分行所处的战略环境进行分析,得出战略目标,进而制定出一套符合中国银行天津市分行公司金融业务的战略方案,并且提出一系列战略监测和控制的方法,保证战略的实施与既定的战略目标相一致,实现公司金融业务快速、健康、持续发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years,tremendous changes have taken place in financial situation and the custom resources also become limited.The way that business banks,the center of the financial system,achieve sustainable development becomes a critical issue. In the service system of the business bank,banking service for public business which directly relates to the strength of the overall competitiveness of banks makes the highest contribution. Therefore, how to formulate business strategy for the banking service for public business scientifically to achieve sustainable development target is a major issue which places in front of business banks. Bank of China Tianjin branch is a provincial level bank and it is also one of China’s four state-owned commercial banks. Over the years, bank of China Tianjin branch strive to expand the scale, adjust the structure and fight for market under the guidance of the branch bank president room. As the key indicators have been overfulfilled and market share been significantly and obviously improved, banking service for public business fulfills its sound and fast development. However, if we conscientiously sum up it, banking service for public business of the bank of China Tianjin branch still conceals many problems, such as the reduction of the customers of public resources and the number of active clients, the irrational custom structure and the declining profit rate.To sum up, the reasons of all of the problems refer to two reasons. First, the incomplete department's strategic program, that is, it omits a number of key strategic sectors, such as the internal environment analysis; Second, developed strategic programs has not been executed for many reasons which lead to the deviation between the result and the target. Therefore, banking service for public business of the bank of China Tianjin branch needs a set of strategy programs and implementation to fulfill its requirement of sustainable development. Using the method of combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis and systematic analysis, this thesis analyses strategic environment, get the strategy target and then develop a set of strategy program. And also, this thesis puts forward a range of strategies for monitoring and control methods to ensure that the implementation of the strategy is in line with the strategic target, fulfilling the requirement of sustainable development. | |
