| 中文摘要: | 近年来国内的汽车行业发展迅速,乘用车的数量大幅度的增长,汽车行业之间的竞争也越来越激烈,如何提高新产品开发项目阶段的质量已经成为各汽车厂商越来越重视的问题。ABC公司作为一家生产汽车冷却水泵的零部件企业,其生产的产品也要适应各个汽车整机厂的质量要求,产品质量成为公司的生命和核心竞争力,是公司发展的重中之重。 本文以ABC公司新产品项目开发质量管理为例,系统地阐述了公司在新产品开发项目阶段存在的问题,通过数据分析和因果图的展开,遴选出三大主要的问题点,主要集中在项目小组架构和权责的不合理性、新产品设计阶段没有充分识别和管理可能存在的风险和潜在失效模式以及在供应商来料质量方面的不良。针对存在的问题,从三个步骤分别给出了具体的改善方案,第一步通过成立跨部门职能小组和成立项目委员会的方式,解决项目小组架构不合理的状况。第二步利用QFD和DFMEA集成的方式,更为准确完整地探测出新产品设计中可能存在的失效模式,并采用分级评审来保证实施及建立失效模式数据库来保证数据的可追溯性。第三部采取完善供应商审核制度和建立供应商惩戒制度的方法来改善供应商质量问题。最后通过项目小组的改善分析和客户满意度的改善来评价改善措施实施后的状况。 本文的研究结果证明,在ABC公司新产品开发项目阶段实施的各种质量改善方案,可以有效提高产品质量,提升客户的满意度,进而提升了企业的竞争力。同时,针对ABC新产品开发过程中的质量研究分析改进,具有很强的现实意义和指导作用,对于其他公司的新产品开发项目质量提升也有借鉴的意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of automobile industry in recent years, the quantities of the vehicles increase dramatically. How to improve the new product quality in new project development becomes more and more important due to the intense competition in auto industries. ABC Corporation, an automobile water pump manufacture, also needs to meet the high quality requirements in automobile fields. Product quality has placed in core competiveness in ABC policy and ranks in top priority during the enterprise development. This thesis takes ABC’s project quality management in new product development as an example, systematically illustrates the current existed issues during this period, summarize three big concerns by the data analysis and causal method, which are mainly concentrated on unreasonable project team structure, not full recognition in potential failure mode in product design stage and bad supplier incoming material. It is suggested to solve these three issue by 3 steps. The first step is to create cross-functional team and project committee to make the team work smoothly and get the project supervised. The second step is to integrate DFMEA and QFD to detect the potential failure modes in product design stage, using graded design review to get the failure modes under control and create database to ensure the traceability. The third step is to improve the supplier audit system and establish supplier disciplinary system to make sure the supplier quality. At the end of the paper, the effect improvement is evaluated by two ways, which are project team improvement and customer satisfaction. In this thesis, the research results show that the quality improvement scheme applied in ABC Company can effectively improve the quality of products and improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises. Meanwhile, the process of new product development research and analysis quality improvement in ABC has strong practical significance and guiding role and also has reference significance for the other company. | |
