中文摘要:近来国内冷轧家电板产量发展迅猛,而且对于其消耗量也是越来越大。最近五年,国内冷轧家电板产量更是达到年均增长20%以上,实际需求量平均增长16%-18%。与此同时,冷轧家电板进口量却连续几年下滑,在2002年达到历史最高点后,以后每年以平均2.3%速度开始降低。A公司作为以生产家电用板为主的企业更应该抓住这个机遇,努力开拓家电板市场,提高A公司家电板品牌竞争力。 随着国内外家用电器制造技术的不断发展,家电企业对家电板原材料供应商的选择越来越严格。传统的市场推广工作由于缺乏科学合理的项目进度管理理论支持,经常出现推广工作拖沓、任务不能按计划完成的情况,通过项目管理中的控制管理与进度计划的综合运用,可以实现A公司推进家电板市场的目标,可以更好的指导A公司家电板项目的产品推广工作,使项目各阶段关键点得到明确,大大加大了管理与控制力度,将所有生产、技术、管理、质量、推进、研发、运输、财务部门统一纳入整体项目推进过程中,而不仅仅是有销售管理部负责整个营销工作,即全员推进管理的模式,从而提高了工作效率,提升了公司家电板的品牌形象,最终在任务时间节点前完成推进任务和目标。 本文运用项目管理学知识,以A公司家电板市场推广项目为例,对项目进度计划与进度控制进行阐述。具体的论文安排如下:首先系统阐述了家电板市场推广过程中需要经历的各道工序,据此制定项目的整体进度计划,将整个工作流程进行分解,确定各项工作的前后工作关系以及项目的总体工期。然后运用网络计划图得出项目的关键路径,并对此进行优化。通过项目前期、中期、后期时实监控,掌握项目各阶段的实际进度情况,并与进度计划进行比对,随时做出合理的调整,从而对家电板市场推广项目的进度进行动态控制。同时通过合理的调整项目组织机构、建设合理的项目团队以及加强项目风险管理方面,来保障项目进度计划与控制顺利完成。 关键词:项目管理;家电板市场推广;项目进度计划与控制;动态监控
