中文摘要：	我国社会经济在不断高速发展，城市轨道交通事业也处在蓬勃发展阶段。城轨车辆的维修作为城市轨道交通系统的重要组成部分，对轨道交通运营过程的平稳与安全起着至关重要的作用。随着投入运行的城轨车辆和线路不断增长，对城轨车辆维修管理的深入研究与优化，已经成为当今轨道交通行业从业者的一大重要研究课题。 现阶段，受到国内城轨基础设施及车辆等方面技术标准的统一化不健全所限，各城市的车辆维修管理体系规范性、先进性仍亟待发展。天津地铁作为天津城市轨道建设的整体管理者，积极致力于在车辆维修的模式及内容、资源配置、管理制度等方面尝试进行调整，旨在建立系统化、规范化、经济化的车辆维修管理模式，以适应轨道交通整体快速发展带来的不断变化。 因此，本论文通过运用理论研究和实例相结合分析法、调研分析法等方法，在对国内主要城轨运营公司进行充分调查的基础上，以天津地铁为具体实例进行分析研究，从车辆维修模式及内容、人员组织架构、资源分配、管理制度保障等诸多方面，进行对比分析、归纳总结，结合天津地铁车辆维修管理现状及特点，提出对天津地铁在车辆维修管理理念、实施保障等方面的管理优化。 本论文的创新点在于，在研究城轨车辆维修管理过程中，对维修管理内容进行进一步优化调整，使之更加符合天津地铁车辆的实际维修需要。从而实现在保证维修质量和运行可靠性有所提高的前提下，减少车辆维修停扣时间，提高车辆可用率和投运率，实现车辆的维修成本、质量、效率最优化，达到良好的经济效益和社会效益。 本论文以推动城轨车辆维修管理工作开展的系统化、规范化、经济化为根本出发点，提出有针对性及可操作性的优化建议。本论文希望可以在优化天津地铁车辆维修管理工作的同时，对已建成的城轨运营网络的城市及未建成城轨运营网络的城市提供参考指导。
英文摘要：	With the continuous development of China's social economy, urban rail transit business is also in the vigorous development stage. Urban rail vehicle maintenance as an important part of urban rail transit system, the smooth and safe operation process of rail transit plays a vital role. With the operation of urban rail vehicles and growing, in-depth study of urban rail vehicle maintenance management and optimization, has become the current rail transit industry an important research topic. At present, domestic urban rail infrastructure and vehicles, etc and the limit of the unification of technical standards is not sound, the city of vehicle maintenance management system standardization, advanced, still need to be developed. Tianjin metro as the overall management of Tianjin urban rail construction, actively committed to the mode and content of the vehicle maintenance, resource allocation, management system and other aspects to try to adjust, aims to establish a systematic, standardized, economization of vehicle maintenance management mode, to adapt to the rail transport as a whole rapid development will bring change constantly. Therefore, this thesis by use of combining theoretical research and instance analysis, research, analysis and other methods, in the country's main urban rail company, on the basis of full investigation, research and analyze to Tianjin metro for example, from the vehicle maintenance mode and the contents, personnel organization structure, resource allocation, management system, many aspects, such as comparative analysis, sum up, combining with the Tianjin metro vehicle maintenance management present situation and characteristics of proposed in Tianjin metro vehicle maintenance management concept, the implementation of security management optimization. Innovation point of this thesis is that in the process of the research of urban rail vehicle maintenance management, further optimization and adjustment of maintenance management content, make it more accords with the practice of Tianjin metro vehicle maintenance needs. So as to realize the guarantee the quality of vehicle maintenance and reliability improved under the premise of the train operation, less maintenance work stopped, improve train availability rate and was put into operation, realize the vehicle maintenance cost, quality, efficiency, optimization, achieve good economic benefit and social benefit. The innovation of this thesis is that in the process of urban rail vehicle maintenance management, the maintenance management content is further optimized to make it more in line with the actual maintenance needs of Tianjin subway vehicles. To achieve the vehicle maintenance quality and train operation to improve the reliability of the premise, to reduce the train maintenance stop, improve the availability of train and put into operation rate, to achieve vehicle maintenance costs, quality, efficiency optimization, to achieve a good economy Efficiency and social benefits.
