| 中文摘要: | 近年来,国际油价大幅下调、国内产运销分离局面形成,导致整个石油产业萎靡,管道企业的获利空间不断被挤压,市场压力不断增加。成品油管输配送和库存控制作为成品油供应链的纽带环节,对于降低企业的供应链总成本,提高企业竞争力具有关键意义。通过对油库进行优化管理,建立库存管理标准和优化配送方案来提高库存管理水平,降低物流成本,提高油库周转率是进行收益优化的必要途径,将为企业打开新的利润源泉。 文章首先对国内外成品油管道库存管理现状和国内成品油配送、库存管理的相关研究和发展趋势进行了阐述,回顾了混合整数规划方法和原理、成品油管道物流管理和现代库存管理的概念等相关理论,对影响库存管理的因素和改进目标进行了分析和论述。在此基础上重点分析了兰郑长成品油管道配送和库存管理的现状及存在问题:油品配送路径不合理、缺少油库管理标准、订货不科学。由于管道顺序输送特性忽视油品配送路径问题,导致配送路径不科学,成本居高,没有科学的安全库存标准和经济订货批量,导致保有库存过剩,库存成本高企。本文利用混合整数规划方法、成品油物流理论和现代库存管理理论与管道公司兰郑长管道配置典型现状相结合,构建配送优化模型,以物流成本最低为目标函数,对现阶段配送路径进行优化和筛选,关闭低效率油库。针对现有四座油库构建经济订货批量模型,科学的计算出经济订货批量和订货时间点。在此基础上结合客户服务水平约束建立安全库存量、最大库存量、平均库存量等库存管理标准,达到降低库存成本,提高油库周转次数的目的。最后通过优化前后的数据对比,验证库存优化方案对降低管道库存成本的适用性和有效性。 本文利用系统分析法,探讨管道行业配送优化和库存管理改进的必要性;利用模型分析法,对管道配送、订货和库存管理模式进行优化;利用实例分析法,结合兰郑长管道实际数据验证模型的有效性。以上研究结论,对多油源、多中转油库的管道运输企业实施库存管理优化具有一定的参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent year, International oil prices fell sharply, the situation of separation of pipeline sales in domestic leading to the recession of petroleum industry, the squeezing of the pipeline business profit margins, the increasing of market pressure. Pipeline and inventory management as a link in the supply chain of refined oil products, to reduce the logistics cost of enterprises is of great significance. Through the optimization of the refined oil depot, the establishment of inventory management standards and the optimization of the distribution plan to improve the level of inventory management, to reduce logistics costs and to improve the refined oil depot turnover rate, which will open a new source of profits of enterprises. In this paper, primarily the status quo of inventory management of domestic and foreign refined pipeline, and related research and development trend of domestic refined oil pipeline and inventory management are expounded. The concept and principle of mixed integer programming, oil product logistics management and inventory management are reviewed, the impact of inventory management factors and objectives were discussed. On this basis, the author analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the pipeline and the inventory management of the pipeline company, the irrational route of oil distribution, the lack of oil depot management standard and the order management is not scientific. As the characteristics of pipeline, pipeline enterprises always ignore the problem of oil distribution path, resulting in the distribution path is not scientific, high cost; there are no scientific safety inventory standards and economic order batches, resulting in excess inventory, high inventory costs. Based on the theory of mixed integer programming, refined oil logistics theory and modern inventory management theory and the typical situation of pipeline company, the distribution optimization model is constructed, and the distribution route is optimized and screened by the lowest cost of logistics. Closed the low efficiency oil depot. In view of the existing four oil depots to build the economic order batch model, the scientific calculation of the economic order quantity and ordering point. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the inventory management standard, such as the safe inventory, the maximum inventory and the average inventory, to reduce the inventory cost and improve the turnover of the oil depot. Finally, by comparing the data before and after optimization, we can verify the applicability and effectiveness of inventory optimization scheme to reduce the cost of pipeline inventory. Through the system analysis method, analyzed the necessity of the inventory management optimization in the pipeline industry. Through the model analysis method, optimized the model of pipeline distribution, order and inventory management. Through the case of analysis method, analyzed the effectiveness of the model with actual data of Pipeline Company. The above conclusions have a certain reference value for the implementation of inventory optimization management of multi-oil source and multi-medium oil depot. | |
