| 中文摘要: | 在不断发展的知识经济社会中,随着科学技术的进步和交通、信息业的发展,人与人之间相互交流的渠道和方式越来越丰富,尤其是互联网+时代的到来更是颠覆了人类传统的思维模式和经济管理模式。创新活动渐渐成了人类创造福利和财富的主导手段,这使得人类社会的主导活动逐渐从日常运营向创新活动转变,从而推动了人类在社会、管理和项目管理等方面的主导模式发生全新的变化,导致人类管理的主导模式逐步转向现代项目管理,而在这种环境中的组织也逐渐演变成一种全新的组织结构——项目导向型组织。 在项目管理逐渐被越来越多的组织和个人认同和尝试及项目导向型组织逐渐普及的当下,人们思想观念的转变、项目导向型组织内部的组织架构的构建及相应制度流程的完善等因素,都将决定这项目导向型组织能否得以持续健康的发展和进一步得到普及和应用。 本论文在对相关理论进行研究和与组织实际情况与需求相结合的基础上,分析了项目导向型组织人力资源管理与传统组织人力资源管理间的区别,并以XYT监理公司作为研究对象对项目导向型组织人力资源管理方法进行了深入研究和初步构建。本论文概括了项目导向型组织人力资源管理的基本特征,归纳了进行项目导向型组织人力资源管理的主要思路和方法,为现阶段项目导向型组织人力资源管理提供了参考与借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the progress of science and technology and the development of transportation and information, the communication method between people, in this knowledge economy society, has been becoming more diversity than before. On the condition that innovation gradually become people’s dominant method to create welfare and wealth, human’s dominant activity has been changed to innovative aspect from regular operation, promoting a complete change of people’s dominant model on the aspect of society, management, project management and so on. Based on this situation, human’s dominant management model gradually evolves into modern project management, bringing about a new organization structure---project-oriented organization. Under the acceptance, even probation, of project management by more and more organization or individual and the population of project-oriented structure, the sustainable sound development of project-oriented structure or its further development and application depend on some certain factors, including the change of people’s ideology, the establishment of organizational structure within project-oriented organization and the improvement of its related regime. Based on the study of some related theory and the integration between structure’s actual situation and demand, this paper analyzes the difference between project-oriented organizational human resources management and traditional organizational human resources management and combine the XYT Engineering supervision company to make a further research and initial establishment on the management method of project-oriented organizational human resources. The thesis summarizes the feature of project-oriented organizational human resources, so that it can be used as a reference for the current project-oriented organizational human resources management, which would be of practical guiding significance for the advanced management theory or ideology and its implementation. | |
