中文摘要：	在当前企业之间的竞争中，企业不再扮演整条供应链的角色，而围绕目标企业的所有上下游企业形成的价值传递的链条才是真正的供应链，围绕“企业链”创建供应链并使价值流传递下去。当对前面迅捷、灵活、多变的工业品与传感器市场，FTX公司更应倚重供应链的敏捷性为客户和消费者创造令其满意的价值，就必须管理好自身的供应链，同时将价值流工程引入其中，强调整个供应链对资源与竞争力的集成，并从供应管理、生产调度管理、库存与物流管理等方面消除浪费，提高供应链敏捷性、降低总成本。 企业中的众多活动中不是所有的活动都是增值活动，而真正的增值活动才是创造企业价值的来源。本文将价值流工程引入供应链管理，阐述了供应链上价值流的分析，基于价值流工程分析FTX公司供应链优化模式。本文重点阐述在供应链管理条件下的价值流分析，提出优化供应链的模式，通过对供应链上价值流的分析与优化，有效减少非增值环节、改善供应链敏捷性与弹性，并从最终用户的立场出发，寻求最佳方式满足客户需求并依靠价值流管理建立柔性化的供应链。 通过对FTX供应链管理问题以及其独特性的分析，结合价值流管理理论提出相应的改善措施。通过供应链优化的战略保障措施的分析、供应链优化的资源保障措施的分析以及供应链优化的组织保障措施的分析，明确供应链战略、采购策略、提高供应链敏捷性、降低库存成本。 本文的研究成果，对FTX公司供应链上的价值流优化提供了保障，有利于提升FTX的竞争优势，取得更大的经济效益和更快的发展。
英文摘要：	As everyone knows, the current competition among enterprises for the evolution of supply chain competition at the same time, enterprises no longer separate supply chain play a role, it is all around the upstream and downstream enterprises of supply chain enterprises as the goal, focus on "enterprise chain" to create the supply chain and make the value stream down. At present, companies face the industrial products and the sensor market fast, flexible and changeable, in this situation, it should rely on the agility of supply chain. The enterprise needs to create a satisfactory value for customers and consumers, we must manage the supply chain, and value flow engineering are introduced, emphasizing on the entire supply chain of the resource and competitiveness of the integration, and eliminate all kinds of waste, from the supply management, production scheduling, inventory management and logistics management and other aspects to eliminate waste. Improve the agility of supply chain and reduce the total cost. A large number of enterprise value activities, not every link to create value, the value of enterprise value chain from some specific activities. In this thesis, the value stream engineering is introduced into the supply chain management, and the analysis of the value stream and the supply chain optimization model based on the value stream engineering analysis of FXT company are described. This thesis focuses on the analysis of value flow under the condition of supply chain management, and puts forward the model of optimizing supply chain. Through the analysis and optimization of the value stream of the supply chain, the effective reduction of non value added links, the agility and flexibility of supply chain is improved. And from the standpoint of the end users, to find the best way to meet customer needs and give value flow management to establish a flexible supply chain. Basing on the analysis of FTX supply chain management and its unique characteristics, combined with the theory of value stream management, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. Through the analysis, the strategic safeguard measures of supply chain optimization of supply chain optimization resource safeguard measures analysis and optimization of supply chain organization safeguard measures, supply chain strategy, procurement strategy, improve supply chain agility, reduce inventory costs.
