| 中文摘要: | 中国的叉车市场甚至是全世界的叉车市场在2000年起普遍增长,中国工业车辆的统计数据显示,预计今年全世界的叉车销售数量会突破百万台,这是以前所没有达到的记录。而中国的市场也快速的发展,估计到2016年为止中国的机动车辆的销售数量能够达到将近40万台,使中国的机动车的销售数量再创新高。笔者所在企业丰田产业车辆(上海)有限公司虽然在世界的市场占有率名列前茅,但是在中国市场上相较于行业领头羊的林德公司来说还有不小的差距。因此,对于以叉车、物流设备销售为主要经营业务的企业来讲,时代的发展需要企业把的战略管理放在更加重视的位置,随着中国物流装备市场的成熟,商业竞争中逐步转化为企业之间战略管理的战争。所以很有必要研究企业的经营战略,这将会在企业以后的管理中发挥着极大的作用。丰田产业车辆(上海)有限公司是本篇文章中所重点论述的对象,并且大体地研究了我国的叉车行业,从中可以进一步清楚我国企业在市场中的发展规律。企业的战略管理和成本的策略管理是企业战略管理的两个重要的基本内容。这个实验研究中对文章的选题背景和意义以及研究的目的和结果进行了比较详细的研究,并且对研究的思维和具体的安排进行了形象的阐述。在这项研究当中,其合理的应用了很多种的战略分析工具,介绍了企业经营的管理方法,目标,和一些管理模式对企业所产生的影响,然后又深入的研究了企业的经营策略中成本动因分析和其他的一些理论,最后介绍PEST和SWOT等其他理论分析工具。此外,还介绍丰田产业车辆(上海)有限公司的叉车、物流车辆产品概况,然后从国家政策、经济环境、社会环境和技术环境等四个方面来分析丰田产业车辆(上海)有限公司所面临的外部宏观环境分析(pest),以便更加明晰的说明项目外部条件的特定性对项目操作的影响,为以后各章节的分析、论述提供依据。重点对丰田产业车辆(上海)有限公司及叉车产品的战略渠道和成本管理进行分析论述。首先从市场需求、目标客户需求两个方面对项目需求进行分析,然后对丰田产业车辆(上海)有限公司战略定位进行分析,同时对叉车产品的主要竞争对手选择了林德和永恒力进行了对比,最后基于SWOT分析工具,对丰田产业(上海)有限公司的进行SWOT分析,找出其所处外部环境的机会和威胁,充分利用市场机遇,克服威胁。最后,针对上文中针对的丰田产业车辆(上海)有限公司的战略渠道和成本分析,提出了一系列目前的适合于丰田产业车辆(上海)有限公司的战略管理的改进措施,其中战略渠道管理的改进包括因时因地制宜改进分销过程和分销区域的控制、建立和维护企业渠道战略控制标准、定期纠正企业渠道战略控制的偏差等;战略成本管理的改进包括控制隐形成本、专注技术创新,培养核心竞争优势;本篇文章将实践行动和战略管理的方法理念进行了结合,并和丰田产业车辆(上海)有限公司的具体情况进行了密切的联系,研究出了一种符合丰田产业车辆(上海)有限公司的发展策略,最大程度的加快丰田产业车辆(上海)有限公司的发展,对丰田企业的发展有着重大的影响,而且对丰田产业车辆(上海)有限公司的发展具有一定的益处。 关键词:战略管理;分销渠道;成本管理 | |

The enterprises in Toyota Material Handling (Shanghai)Co., Ltd although market share the rate among the best, but compared to the industry leader of the Linde Company and there is not a small gap. Therefore, the forklift, logistics vehicle sales for the main business of the enterprise, the enterprise strategic management development needs of the times placed more emphasis on the position, as the market matures, commercial competition is gradually transformed into enterprises between the strategic management of the war. Therefore, to study the effect of strategic management in enterprise management is necessary.
