中文摘要:建筑业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业,对我国宏观经济变化极具敏感性。近年来我国总体上反映经济下行的压力加大,房地产投资持续下滑,房地产的新开工面积增速下滑,直接影响到建筑业工程总量减少,导致建筑业増长形势趋缓,市场竞争更趋激烈,合同价格水平越来越紧,企业生存空间紧张。同时,建筑业市场结构的集中化趋势使得市场竞争日趋激烈。同时,随着新的建筑企业资质实行,给建筑企业带来了生存考验。我国当前的处于经济“新常态”,即粗放转向集约、高速增长转向中高速增长阶段。面对我国新的经济形势,建筑企业应该在战略层面上如何应对成为主要挑战。 H建筑施工企业在我国经济“新常态”形势的挑战下,采取何种发展战略来实现企业可持续发展,探索企业管理的有效途径推进企业平稳转型升级,对于H建筑施工企业来说具有理论与实践双方面重大意义。本文首先通过PEST分析模型分析企业外部宏观经济走势、政策出台、社会环境变化和技术更新要求,梳理了国内建筑行业市场前景;接下来,根据波特五力竞争模型分析了H建筑施工企业所在的区域建筑行业竞争对手、潜在行业进入者、产品替代品、供应商讨价还价能力和买方讨价还价能力,明确了公司在行业内的主要竞争来源;其次,对H建筑施工企业的内部资源进行了详细分析。最终为H建筑施工企业选择了适应公司转型发展的差异化竞争战略,并据此提出公司长、中、短期发展战略目标和具体实施方案。最后,本文还提出为支持H建筑施工企业发展战略目标实现的保障措施,具体包括建立科学的决策体系、优化人力资源管理、建设高效的信息化系统,重视公司的企业文化建设。 
英文摘要:As the pillar industry of China's national economy, the construction industry is very sensitive to the changes of China's macro economy. In recent years, China's overall economic downward pressure on the economy, real estate investment continued to decline, real estate new construction area growth decline, a direct impact on the construction industry to reduce. With the construction industry growth situation slowed down, more intense competition in the market, the contract price level is more and more tight, the enterprise survival space is tight. At the same time, centralized to the market structure of construction industry potential leads to increasingly fierce competition in the market. At the same time, with the implementation of the new construction enterprise qualification, to the construction enterprise has brought a survival test. China's current economy in the new normal, that is, extensive intensive transformation, rapid growth in the middle of the rapid growth phase. In the face of China's new economic situation, the construction enterprises should become a major challenge to deal with war dark level. H construction enterprises in China's economic "new normal" challenge, what development strategy should be taken to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises, to explore the effective way of enterprise management and promote enterprise upgrade smoothly, it has theoretical and practical significance for both H construction enterprise. Firstly, through the PEST analysis model to analyze the enterprise external macroeconomic trends and policies, the changes of social environment and technology update requirements, combing the domestic construction industry market prospects; next, according to the Potter five competitive forces model to analyze the H construction enterprise's regional construction industry competitors, potential entrants, substitute products and suppliers bargaining power and buyers bargaining power, the company's main source of competition in the industry; secondly, the H construction enterprise internal resources are analyzed in detail. In the end, the author chooses the differentiated competitive strategy for H construction enterprises to adapt to the company's transformation and development, and puts forward the strategic objectives and specific implementation plans of the company's long, medium and short term. Finally, this paper also put forward the safeguard measures to support the implementation of H construction enterprise development strategies, including the information system, establish a scientific decision-making system, optimize human resources management, the construction of efficient, pay attention to the company's enterprise culture construction.
