| 中文摘要: | 二十一世纪,以技术密集型为特点的高科技企业大量涌现,这些企业以科学技术的进步和创新推动着世界经济的发展,且占据了经济的主导地位,这标志着全球已进入到了知识经济时代。在知识经济时代,知识已经成为各种生产要素中最重要和最基本的生产要素,在高科技企业中知识的创造者和载体的人--知识型员工,其作为高科技公司参与市场竞争的核心,将在知识经济中发挥越来越重要的作用。由于国内高科技企业的发展面临着知识型员工流动过于频繁、流失率过高,以及知识型员工掌握知识和能力发挥等诸多问题,因此知识型员工的激励问题也就成为高科技企业管理层最为关注的问题。 本文在国际经济形势风云变化和企业竞争由劳动力、设备向技术、创新发展的背景下,以相关激励理论作为知识型员工激励问题研究的理论基础,提出了高科技公司和知识型员工的概念和特征,知识型员工的界定。以知识型员工的特征为基础设计知识型员工的激励对策;需求是激励的前提,只有存在需求,高科技企业知识型激励才成为可能。本文针对GW公司研发知识型员工激励现状的分析,和对员工的需求分析,阐述了研发知识型员工激励存在的主要问题,分析其现有知识型员工激励机制及措施存在的不足,提出从薪酬、工作岗位、职业生涯、工作环境四个方面激励知识型员工的方案和措施 | |
| 英文摘要: | The 21st century, Technology-intensive characteristics of high-tech enterprises, these enterprises in science and technology progress and innovation to promote the development of world economy, and held the dominant position of economy, it marks the world has entered into the knowledge economy era. In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the various kinds of factors of production is the most important and the most basic factors of production, the creator of knowledge in the high-tech enterprise and carrier - knowledge workers, as the core of the high-tech companies to participate in market competition, will play a more and more important role in the knowledge economy .Due to the development of the domestic high-tech enterprise is facing the knowledge employee turnover too frequently, the turnover rate is too high, and the knowledge staff to master the knowledge and abilities, and many other problems, so the knowledge staff's incentive problem has become a high-tech enterprise management is the most concern. In this paper, changes in the international economic situation and the enterprise competition by the labor, equipment, technology, innovation and development background, the relevant incentive theory as the theoretical basis of knowledge staff incentive problems research, proposed the high-tech companies and the concepts and features of the knowledge-type employees, definition of knowledge workers. On the basis of the features of the knowledge-type employees design knowledge staff's incentive counter measures; Demand is the precondition of incentives, only there is demand, high-tech enterprise knowledge-based incentive to become possible.GW company analysis of the present status of incentive method to knowledge employee, the author of this paper, and the analysis of demand for staff, this paper expounds the main problems of incentive method to knowledge employee, the analysis of the existing knowledge staff incentive mechanism and measures of the deficiencies, proposed from salary, job, career, work environment four aspects incentive scheme and measures of knowledge workers. | |
