中文摘要: | 摘 要当前中国的医疗健康产业已经进入蓬勃发展时期,随着社会民营资本的介入,新兴建设的综合医疗机构、医养结合的养老项目以及健康体检中心的兴起,也带动了医疗家具市场的发展,市场总量从2010年的1200多亿元增长至2015年的3000亿元,其年均复合增长率超过20%,未来市场将达到6000个亿。为了深入研究医疗家具产品的市场运营策略,本文以伊美安医疗科技集团作为研究对象。本文在企业环境分析、产品开发与技术创新、服务质量差距模型理论的基础上,对该公司的历史发展和经营现状、该公司医疗家具产品特性与市场竞争环境进行了描述与分析,在此基础上研究和分析了该公司对于产品硬件的开发创新及质量改进措施、以及对于产品服务创新与服务质量提升的方法,进而得出该公司整体产品运营的策略与建议。本文得到了如下研究成果:一、通过对相关理论的回顾,梳理了医疗家具产品运营策略的整体思路,并对实际工作中存在的产品运营管理问题进行了分析和研究;二、通过理论与实际工作情况的结合,初步形成了适用于该企业的产品质量服务提升策略和服务质量改进管理方法;三、提出了伊美安医疗科技公司产品运营的保障策略。本文的研究成果,对伊美安集团发展有一定的现实指导意义,并且为国内同行企业发展提供了运营策略参考。 关键词:伊美安集团;医疗家具产品;产品创新;服务质量提升 | |
英文摘要: | Thesis The current health industry in China has entered the vigorous development period, with the involvement of private capital in society, the emerging construction of comprehensive medical institutions, medical and nursing combination of pension projects, as well as Health Examination Center, also led the development of medical furniture market, the total market from 2010 to more than 120 billion yuan to 2015 300 billion, its annual compound growth rate of more than 20%, the future market will reach 600 billion. In order to study the market operation strategy of medical furniture products, this paper takes the Yi Mei Ann Medical Technology Group as the research object. Based on the theory of enterprise environment analysis, product development and technology innovation, service quality disparity model, this paper describes and analyzes the historical development and management status of the company, the characteristics of medical furniture products and the market competition environment. On the basis of this study and analysis of the company's product hardware development innovation and quality improvement measures, as well as product service innovation and service quality improvement methods. The results of this study are as follows: First, through reviewing the relevant theories, carding the whole idea of the medical furniture product operation strategy, and the analysis and research of the product operation management problem existed in the actual work; Second, through the combination of theory and actual work situation, initially formed the application of the enterprise's Product quality service promotion strategy and service quality Improvement management method; Third, put forward the security strategy of the company's products operation. The research results of this paper have some practical guiding significance for the development of the Iraqi and American group, and provide a reference for the enterprise development of the domestic peers.
