中文摘要：	随着计算机网络的发展，大数据时代来临，企业在信息收集和信息决策上 都可以依靠网络大数据的分析。而中小企业则面临着由于对网络技术的缺乏不 能及时获取行业信息，企业智库产品的出现可有效填补这个空缺。而现在的企 业智库依然存在着问题，WK 公司根据目前企业智库的行情，以及适应中小企业 市场对技术支持的需要，推出该企业智库。 本文首先回顾了中外关于智库的概念和理论，梳理了中外智库的发展历史 和现状，和智库的各种类型。本文着眼于中小企业智库，分析了大数据时代下 企业智库的转型和变革，认为企业智库必须适应时代发展，使用大数据新技术 为中小企业提供管理决策的依据。 中小企业也应当重视企业信息化的研究，促进企业决策的科学性和准确性。 而不是固步自封，依然依靠过去的经验和其他企业的成功案例。企业智库产品 的研发有利于促进企业的信息扩展，提高企业的科学管理决策能力。同时企业 智库也面临一定的危机，本文在针对企业智库市场的分析也经过了认真的考虑。 本文以 WK 公司为案例，分析了企业在进行大数据智库建设时需要的各种 信息技术，重点分析了企业智库产品的设计思路，以及结合部分行业的特点， 研究了不同行业如何运用这些技术去建设企业智库。后，本文概述了 WK 公 司运用大数据技术进行智库建设的成功商业模式，并对企业运用大数据技术进 行智库建设进行论证总结。
英文摘要：	With the development of computer networks, the era of large data, enterprises in information collection and information decision-making can rely on the analysis of large network data. The emergence of small and medium enterprises due to the lack of network technology can not obtain industry information in a timely manner, the emergence of enterprise think tank products can effectively fill this vacancy. This paper first reviews the concept and theory of Chinese and foreign think tanks, combs the development history and current situation of Chinese and foreign think tanks, and the various types of think tanks.
