英文摘要：	This article mainly takes Hebei Create instrumentation technologies Co., Ltd. as an example to expound the condition and the necessity of enterprise strategic transformation and upgrading. Transformation success mainly depends on the enterprise leaders and their concepts, habits and behavior, as well as external economic environment. Transformation and upgrading of enterprise strategy requires the enterprise to promote transformation with scientific methods, to eliminate the vested interests, and to control the process of strategic transformation and upgrading. The rapid development of Internet and the change of business model affect the future development and growth of Chinese manufacturing industry, it is imperative to transform. The current water quality monitoring instrumentation market, the era of foreign products leading the domestic market in the same industry will be gone forever. The domestic products quality and advantages have been increasingly emerging. For the competitive enterprises in the same industry, the products in the domestic market gradually take the place of foreign products, and competitive in price, the product quality and performance is also very competitive, which breaks the dominant position of the foreign products in the domestic market.
