中文摘要：	目前，我国正处于城镇化的高速发展阶段，国家积极推进城乡统筹协调发展，加快公共资源均衡配置速度，不断将公共服务从城镇向农村延伸。而城乡道路客运一体化，即为提供公共服务均等化中提供运输服务均等化的重要抓手。交通运输大部门体制改革后，明确提出实施城乡客运一体化是确保道路运输服务均等化的必然要求，并要求“各地交通运输部门要认真贯彻落实中央统筹城乡经济协调发展的要求，加快推进城乡客运一体化进程，形成城乡公共客运资源共享、相互衔接、布局合理、方便快捷、畅通有序的新格局。” 本文借鉴国内交通经济方面的研究成果，针对当前城乡道路客运一体化发展现状、存在问题和发展趋势，围绕城乡道路客运一体化的概念、发展类型、发展模式和推进方法等五方面对城乡道路客运一体化的理论问题进行系统的探索研究，统一“城乡道路客运一体化”的概念内涵，合理划分城乡道路客运一体化发展的类型，结合实际提出城乡道路客运一体化发展的典型模式，研究城乡道路客运一体化发展推进方法，可为推进城乡道路客运一体化发展提供科学的决策参考。
英文摘要：	At present, our country is in a stage of rapid development of urbanization. We actively promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, the balanced allocation of public resources and extension of urban public services to rural areas. The integration of urban and rural road passenger transportation is an important starting point of transportation service equalization in the equalization of public services. The reform of transport sector clearly put forward to promote the integration of urban and rural passenger transport process is the inevitable requirement of realizing the transportation service equalization, also it requested local transportation departments should conscientiously implement the coordinated development of urban and rural economy central co-ordination requirements, accelerate the integration of urban and rural passenger transport process, and form a sharing, mutual convergence, layout reasonable, convenient, smooth and orderly pattern. This paper draws lessons from the research results of the traffic economic at home and abroad, aiming at the existing problems and development trend of the current development of urban and rural road passenger transportation integration, studying around five aspects of theoretical problems of the concept of urban and rural road passenger transportation integration development type, development model, evaluation system and method. It unifies concept connotation of urban and rural road passenger transportation integration, a reasonable division of the integrated development of urban and rural road passenger type, a typical model of the integration of urban-rural road passenger transport, and also it clears evaluation index system and development methods of urban and rural road passenger transportation integration, which can provide scientific decision-making reference for development of passenger transport integration.
