中文摘要：	随着时代的发展，科技的跨越，交互成为时下必不可少的体验方式。2010年世博会在上海召开后，新型的多媒体，跨学科的新型科技手段越来越进入我们的现实中。国家二孩政策的执行，消费水平的提高，客观上促进了儿童互动娱乐体验的井喷式发展。传统淘气堡乐园的转型，大量投资的涌入，科技乐园面良好发展的情况下，市场竞争呈现出日益激烈化的态势。儿童娱乐市场特别是儿童科技乐园给企业带来了丰厚利润，各大企业纷纷扩张的同时，由于技术研发存在领先的时效性、产品同质化，项目客户粘性不高的特点，导致儿童科技乐园本身存在较大的风险性。以科技乐园为例，受到项目本身及外部环境因素的影响，项目管理人员难以保证项目研发如期、保质按期完成。同时，儿童交互技术研发需要创意，技术，儿童行为学的研究等多方面跨界，国内COSPLAY 成风的情况下，对于如何防范儿童科技乐园技术开发的潜在风险，探讨有效的儿童科技乐园开发项目的风险管理防范措施十分重要。本文以SHPD数字科技股份有限公司的科技乐园互动产品研发项目为对象展开研究。首先，对项目管理和风险管理理论进行综述；然后， 对科技乐园互动产品研发项目技术研发进行简要介绍以及对该独特性进行说明；在此基础上，借助文献分析法和情境分析法、SWOT分析法，对该项目风险进行定性分析，给出了项目风险清单；然后，按照项目立项、实施、测试和验收投产四个阶段，对项目风险进行分类，综合应用德尔菲法和损失期望值法对不同阶段的风险进行评价，并给出管理的先后顺序；最后，结合该项目的实际情况，制定应对不同风险的具体措施，以便达到降低风险发生概率和损失额的目的，最终确保该项目达到预定目标。本文的研究成果，对SHPD数字科技股份有限公司的儿童科技乐园互动产品研发项目的顺利执行提供了保障，有利于提升乐园的竞争优势，取得更大的经济效益和更快地发展。
英文摘要：	With the development of society, interaction has become an esstential way of experiencing tody.The improvement of people’s consumption level and 2-child state policy, objectively promoted the children’s interactive field improvement. Children's science parks bring great profits to enterprises. Due to the existence of leading time effectiveness, product homogeneity and poor stickiness of customers, there is a great risk in children's science and technology parks. This article is basis on risk management of interactive R&D projects of SHPD children's Science Park. First, we review the project management and risk management theories. Then, a brief introduction to technology development and its uniqueness are described. We analyze the project risks by theories and make a risk list . Classify the project risks according to the four stages of project establishment, implementation, test and acceptance. Finally, according to the actual situation of the project, specific measures should be taken to deal with different risks. The results of this study provide a guarantee for the smooth implementation of interactive product research and development project of SHPD children's science park, Achieve greater economic benefits and faster development.
