中文摘要：	在经济转型和制度转型的大背景下，中国将“大众创业、万众创新”的双创战略升级为国家战略并将其视为推动经济发展的双引擎之一。创业机会与创业活动之间的转化，不仅取决于创业者的个体属性特征，而且高度依赖于本地区的创业生态系统。同时在转型时期，创业活动也需要转型，提高创新型创业比例，优化创业结构，提升创业质量。创业生态系统不仅能够促进创新型创业，而且有助于观察和总结创新型创业大量产生背后的机制和规律，更好地服务于创业转型和经济转型。因而创业生态系统研究成为创业领域一个重要的前沿问题，但是创业生态系统研究仍处于理论发展的早期阶段，还未形成一致的研究结论，并且尚未形成系统的研究框架和理论模型。基于此，本研究采取探索性案例研究方法，借鉴生态系统、创业过程、不确定性、耗散理论、自组织等理论，尝试探索创业生态系统内在机理以及对创业活动的促进机制。主要研究结论如下：第一，构建了创业生态系统要素模型，总结归纳了创业生态系统的整体功能机制是由创客孵化机制、用户交互机制、资源聚合机制和价值交换机制四种运行机制构成，这四种运行机制相互作用，为新创企业的创业活动提供各种支持，并推动创业生态系统的演进与发展。第二，创业生态系统的本质内涵是一类新的自组织治理模式，有助于优化资源配置和降低不确定性。作为一种新的治理模式，创业生态系统有助于克服其它治理模式的失灵问题，促进资源要素的自由流动和优化配置。创业生态系统自身就是一个能够降低不确定性的缓冲系统，更重要的是创业生态系统同时是一个利用不确定性进行价值创造的平台。宏观层面的创业生态系统与微观层面的创业决策相互促进，从而更好地应对并利用各种不确定性以实现价值创造。第三，在创业生态系统这一独特情境下，创业过程具有不同以往的表现形式。经典的Timmons创业过程三要素模型呈倒三角形，描述了一个充满不确定性且高度动态化的过程，创业团队位于倒三角形的底部，需要不断的识别机会和整合资源以维持创业过程的动态平衡，但是由于机会的模糊性和不确定性以及资源的高度稀缺性，创业过程随时处于失衡状态从而导致创业活动的高失败率，因而，已有的创业理论大多强调创业是少数人才能从事的。创业生态系统一方面降低了机会的模糊性和不确定性，使得创业者能够更容易地实现对机会的识别和开发；另一方面，创业生态系统存在强大而丰富的无边界资源网络，创业者不再局限于现有资源，而是可以根据需要更加容易地获取和整合各种资源。因而创业过程得以加快，整个创业过程变得更为顺畅，此外，创业生态系统降低了创业成本和门槛，使得更多地人能够参与到创业活动中来，为“大众创业、万众创新”战略提供理论支持。第四，创业生态系统是一个具有耗散结构的复杂适应系统，其演进过程是结构与功能不断复杂化的自组织过程。自组织是复杂系统发展演化的最优方式，这种方式在效率和结果方面都显著地优于其它方式。本研究结合耗散理论、自组织理论和生态系统理论，构建了创业生态系统的两阶段演进模型，并对创业生态系统的发展和优化提出对策建议。本研究的创新点和理论贡献主要体现在以下几点：第一，现有研究大多从宏观层面描述创业生态系统的定义和构成要素，缺乏微观深层次机理研究，而且已有文献鲜有从互联网背景下对其展开研究，更多地是强调地理空间上的聚集。本研究一方面从深层次探索创业生态系统的内在机理，另一方面在互联网情境下对其线下实体空间和线上虚拟空间及运行机制展开研究，丰富了现有研究，具有鲜明的时代特征。第二，创业研究强调特殊情境对创业理论的贡献，已有研究缺乏对创业生态系统中的创业活动展开研究，本研究基于创业生态系统这一独特情境对创业活动进行研究，展现了其独特特征，拓展了现有创业理论。第三，现有研究缺乏对创业生态系统演进机制的系统性研究，对如何构建和优化一个自组织的创业生态系统几乎没有涉及。创业生态系统是一个复杂适应系统，包括自然系统、社会系统和经济系统，而且融入了人的有意识的决策和行为，为了更好地理解创业生态系统，需要对其进行跨学科、多理论背景下的研究。本文在现有研究的基础上，尝试运用耗散理论、协同论等自组织理论对创业生态系统的结构特征和演进机制进行探索性研究，以达到拓展现有研究的目的。
英文摘要：	The successful transformation from entrepreneurial opportunities to entrepreneurial activities not only depends on entrepreneur’s personailities and merits, but also highly depends on the entrepreneurship ecosystem. During the transition from industrial economy to knowledge-based economy, the entrepreneurship activities also needs transition, such as increasing the innovative entrepreneurship activites,improving the entrepreneurship qualities, and focusing on the growth of new vertures. The entrepreneurship ecosystem can promote the entrepreneurship activities and economy growth. Moreover, it provides a framework to observe and refine the mechanism of how opportunity entrepreneurship are booming, which will contribute more high quality entrepreneurship. Although the study of entrepreneurship ecosystem has been becoming an important preceding issue, it is still in the early stage of forming theory. There is no consistent research conclusion and no systemic research framework and theory model. Theorfore, this study will adopt the method of exploratory case study to explore the important issues of entrepreneurship ecosystem. The conclusions include: first, construct the elements framework of entrepreneurship ecosystem and conlude its overall functional mechanisms is composed by four individual operating mechanisms. Second, entrepreneurship ecosystem is essentially a new governance model with self-organization structure. It not only helps reduce the entrepreneurship costs, but also reduce the uncertainties. Third, the entrepreneurship process shows the unique characteristics under the circumstance of entrepreneurship ecosystem. Fourth, construct a two phase evolution model of entrepreneurship ecosystem. The three main theoretical contributions include: First, this study enriches the previous studies by exploring the deep inner mechanism and considering the influence of internet on the structure and function of entrepreneurship ecosystem. Second, the entrepreneurship study emphasizes the unique circumstance’s contributions to the theory development. This study continues the research on entrepreneurial process and uncertainty under the circumstance of entrepreneurship ecosystem which extends the previous studies. Third, entrepreneurship ecosystem is a complex system which requires multi-disciplinary and various theory background research. This study tries to use self-organization theory such as dissipative structure theory and synergy theory to explore the structure, function and evolution mechanism of entrepreneurship ecosystem.
