| 中文摘要: | 数字出版起源于美国,在上个世纪90年代,我国的数字出版行业开始起步,随着工业出版技术、互联网技术,智能硬件技术的普及,我国的数字出版技术也日益成熟。当前数字出版物已经深入到了我们的日常生活中,我们随处可见的手机阅读便是数字出版技术的一种体现。本文在分析国内外数字出版经验的基础上,对我国的数字出版转型进行了需求分析,发现数字出版在产业发展和宏观经济发展方面都有着重要的意义,同时数字出版也是出版行业发展的必然趋势,原因大致有三:政策环境为数字出版产业提供保障;市场利润为数字出版产业提供动力;受众层次的变化为数字出版产业提供需求支撑。实际上,如果把我国目前正在经历的数字出版IP化当作新的数字出版浪潮,那么我国共有四次较为明显的数字出版行业的发展阶段,从这四次发展阶段中,我们发现无论是萌芽阶段的光盘,还是现如今的手机客户端软件等,每一次的变革都为出版行业带来了脱胎换骨式的影响,传统出版模式向数字出版模式转型这已经是大势所趋。但是,在转型的进程中,我们仍然需要面对诸如技术支持、人才紧缺、监管无序等一系列的问题。数字出版模式的转型并非一蹴而就,在给予出版行业机会的同时,也带来了史无前例的巨大挑战。本文将当前数字出版行业的问题归为以下几点:一是资金投入不足,缺乏融资渠道;二是产业链不完善,运作模式尚未成熟;三是政府政策法规有待完善;四是标准化管理体系尚未形成;五是版权保护机制尚未真正确立;六是数字出版人才缺乏;七是内容创造力不足。本文引用了辽宁出版集团这一个具体的实例,意图以一个微观的角度实际分析,通过介绍这一传统出版企业向数字化转型过程中取得的成功和遇到的问题,分析传统出版向数字出版转向时的启示。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Digital publishing originates from the United States while it started in China since 1990s. The development of industrial publishing technology, internet technology and smart hardware technology greatly pressed China's digital publishing ahead, which means it has been applied in people's daily life, like mobile phone reading. Based on the analysis of development of digital publishing at home and abroad in the past, this thesis tends to do demand analysis of China's traditional digital publishing, and the result is that digital publishing plays important roles in industrial development and macro economic development, meanwhile, it is an inevitable trend for publishing industry. The reasons for the above are as listed: policy as guarantee, market profit as driving force, and the different audience level as customer demand. Actually, the IP trend of digital publishing that China is currently experiencing can be divided into four obvious phases from which we can find that no matter in which period—the time of CD, e-book, magazine or application on mobile phone, internet literature, game and cartoon—every time the revolution happens, it brings the publishing industry a thorough evolution. However, there are still problems in the process of transformation like technical support shortage, badly-need talents, and supervision disorder etc, which means the transformation is an opportunity and challenge as well. This thesis concludes the problem that faces traditional digital publishing: under-investment, financing channel shortage, imperfect industry chain, immature operation mode, government policies and regulations to be perfect, standardized management to be formed, copyright protection system to be set up, talents shortage for digital publishing, and lack of content creativity. In Chapter 6, this thesis took Liaoning Publishing House as an example, further analyzed the advantages and problems face the traditional publishing corporations. | |
