中文摘要：	随着我国信息网络技术的不断发展，“互联网+产业”模式正蓬勃发展，互联网作为一种新兴技术大大降低了买卖双方的信息不对称、搜寻成本和代理成本。许多企业将传统产业和业务放到互联网上运营，成立并建设电商平台，并成为当下企业开展业务的一种重要方式。国家高度重视资源循环利用，在政策和财政补贴等多个方面都对废弃物再次利用予以大力的支持。随着我国工业化的迅猛发展和建筑物的大量拆建，废旧钢铁产品不断产生。近些年，废钢再利用也成为环保产业的一个重要分支，传统的“拾破烂”、“收废品”的个体户正逐步转变为正规化、专业化运作的公司。随着“互联网+”的东风正劲也让众多的废钢电子商务平台应运而生并快速发展。本文以废钢电子商务平台业界的一家老牌企业——富宝技术网为例，研究其商业模式的设计与实施，以期对其他类型的公司新创和运作提供借鉴和参考。本篇论文主要从七个章节对富宝金属网废钢交易电子商务模式设计与实施进行深入探析。第一章是引言部分，主要论述了全文的文章的研究背景、研究目的、研究方法和研究意义等。第二章是理论研究和实践发展，从电子商务的理论发展和实践运用两个方面进行了总结。第三章是废钢产业发展现状分析，以丰富详实的数据展现了我国的废钢产业发展现状。第四章是富宝金属网废钢电子商务模式设计原则，主要分析了废钢产品符合电商交易品种的条件和富宝金属网废钢电子商务模式基本模型与特点。第五章是富宝金属网电子商务模式设计，主要分析了富宝金属网电子商务设计总体模式和富宝金属网电子商务模式保障体系。第六章是富宝金属网废钢电子商务发展建议，主要从完善废钢电子交易标准和优化平台运营体系两个方面提出了建议。第七章是对全文的总结，总结全文的内容并对未来的研究进行展望。全文通过对电子商务模式和废钢产业发展现状的分析，从而得出废钢市场电子商务模式可行性分析及模型构建。并基于以上的分析和模型构建，思考富宝金属网废钢电子商务业务的发展策略。
英文摘要：	With the continuous popularization of Internet in China, the construction of the electronic business platform has gradually become an important part of the development of Internet banking in China. The ultimate goal is to develop the business enterprise business, the construction of enterprise business platform is a network society and real social transformation, the construction of enterprise business electricity business platform is a network society and real social interaction. With China's iron and steel industry high speed development and the state attaches great importance to energy-saving emission reduction, waste iron and steel resources application times industry attention. But because of the iron and steel enterprises scrap generation rate with continuous casting ratio increases and the finished product rate decreased year by year, the future Corporate self-produced scrap growth is limited. But, along with the increasing social scrap resources in our country, it is difficult to increase the amount of scrap imports. Therefore, the future of social scrap resources in China will become an important source of scrap supply. This paper from seven chapters of the scrap trading e-commerce model research. The chapter one is introduction, mainly state the research background, research objective, research methods and research significance. The chapters is theoretical and practical development, mainly conclude the development of e-business theoretical and practical development. Chapter three is analysis of waste iron and steel industry, we collect a lot of data to present the scope of waste iron and steel industry. Chapter four is e-business design principles of Fubao metal e-commerce and mainly discuss the trading criteria and basic models and features. Chapter five is Fubao metal e-commerce design, mainly discuss the overall model and guarantee system. Chapter six is Fubao metal e-commerce suggestion, mainly propose suggestions from improve trading standard and optimize operation system aspect. Chapter seven is conclusion, conclude the paper and look into the future research. Theoretical research and practical development, scrap industry development present situation, scrap market electronic commerce pattern design principles and basic model of Fu Bao metal net, scrap market electronic commerce pattern design of Fu Bao metal net, suggestions of scrap market electronic commerce development in Fu Bao metal net. Through the analysis of electronic commerce mode and the scrap industry development present situation, thus obtains the scrap market electronic commerce pattern feasibility analysis and model construction. And on this basis, the development suggestions and Thoughts on the scrap market of electronic commerce mode.
