| 中文摘要: | 科莱斯平衡记分卡(Careersmart Balanced Score Card),源自哈佛大学教授Robert?Kaplan与诺朗顿研究院(Nolan Norton Institute)的执行长David Norton于90年所从事的[未来组织绩效衡量方法]一种绩效评价体系。 主要是从财务、客户、内部运营、学习与成长四个角度,将组织的战略落实为可操作的衡量指标和目标值的一种新型绩效管理体系。本论文以诚宇包装公司为研究对象,在其面对突飞猛进发展的包装行业大趋势下,以公司战略层面提升为目的,以公司应用该理论几年来的发展和变化为依据;对诚宇包装公司战略绩效管理方面做了深入的研究。主要是从财务、客户、内部运营、学习与成长四个角度,将组织的战略落实为可操作的衡量指标和目标值的一种新型绩效管理体系。 设计平衡计分卡的目的就是要建立“实现战略制导”的绩效管理系统,从而保证企业战略得到有效的执行。因此,人们通常称平衡计分卡是加强企业战略执行力的最有效的战略管理工具。经过将近20年的发展,平衡计分卡在集团战略规划与执行管理方面发挥非常重要的作用:1、平衡计分卡为企业战略管理提供强有力的支持;2、平衡计分卡可以提高企业整体管理效率;3、注重团队合作,防止企业管理机能失调;4、平衡计分卡可提高企业激励作用,扩大员工的参与意识;5、平衡计分卡可以使企业信息负担降到最少。根据解释,平衡计分卡主要是通过图、卡、表来实现战略的规划,克服财务评估方法的短期行为;使整个组织行动一致,服务于战略目标; 有效地将组织的战略转化为组织各层的绩效指标和行动; 实现各级员工对组织目标和战略的沟通和理解; 以及培养员工的学习成长和核心能力,实现组织长远发展,提高组织整体管理水平。本论文以国内包装行业龙头企业----诚宇集团为研究对象,充分应用了平衡计分卡的理论知识,在对诚宇集团内外部环境分析,集团战略层面规划和全球化发展大方向确立的基础上,全面推进以战略为导向的业绩管理系统的实施的管理规范过程,以集团战略层面提升为目的,以集团应用该理论几年来的发展和变化为依据;对该集团公司的绩效管理理论方面做了深入的研究。 | |
