| 中文摘要: | 在经济全球化的背景下,市场竞争呈现出新的趋势,服务经济对专业化分工的要求日趋增强,技术创新成为关键驱动力。随着新一轮技术革命和产业变革的兴起,全球主要经济体国家正在加入“创新驱动发展”的战略行列,加强本国技术创新的同时力争在高技术领域获得突破,成为主要国家发展的重点目标。与此同时,随着区域经济合作不断加强,市场竞争越来越激烈,受到价值网络的影响,相互依赖、共同进化的观点显得尤为重要。在这样的环境下,通过价值网络获取和整合资源逐渐成为企业潜在竞争优势的源泉。因此,如何利用企业外生性的价值网络资源及内生性的企业动态能力实现服务创新战略向创新绩效的转化,成为对于理论研究和管理实践而言都成为非常重要的议题之一。在这样的理论逻辑指导下,由外部环境模块、内外部资源模块、内部能力模块、战略资产与竞争优势模块共同构成的分析框架逐渐被主流的理论分析所接受。企业内部的资源和能力为企业参与市场竞争提供了基础和核心支撑力,并对企业通过网络关系获取来自外部的资源能力产生重要影响。但是,理论界对于如何上述转化机制还没有形成完整的研究定论。这些问题关系到中国高技术企业服务创新战略的实施和长远发展,但是现有的研究还没有针对性的给出明确解决方案。基于此,本研究的研究主题是从企业外生性资源视角和内生性能力相结合的视角出发,基于价值网络、企业动态能力、服务创新战略和创新绩效等相关理论研究,结合对高技术服务企业的深度访谈、二手资料研究,以外生性的价值网络资源,内生性的核心能力以及企业动态能力作为自变量,以突破式创新和渐进式创新为代表的服务创新战略作为中介变量,以创新绩效作为因变量,构建价值网络资源及企业动态能力对服务创新战略的影响机制模型。归纳高技术服务企业在价值网络资源上的资源维度,依据网络特征将其划分为网络联结资源、网络结构资源和网络位置资源三部分,并构建基于高技术服务企业特征的服务创新战略影响机制测量体系,并对其在创新绩效的提升路径和机制上展开分析和研究。本研究的最终目标是在经济全球化的环境下,以高技术服务企业的价值网摘要 II 络合作所形成的外生性资源条件和动态能力形成的内生性能力条件为基础,研究在内外部资源和能力结合的独特视角和层面上,服务创新战略所具有的新战略内涵和战略选择,最终得出价值网络资源及企业动态能力对服务创新战略的影响机制,为中国高技术服务企业运用整合型资源实现服务创新战略提供理论支持,提升中国高技术服务企业的竞争优势。在此基础上,本研究系统的开展了以下工作:第一,从现实需求和理论演进的角度说明价值网络资源、网络核心能力和企业动态能力的重要价值和作用,提出研究问题、研究的主题、研究意义以及整体分析思路;第二,围绕整体研究的主题,从价值网络、企业动态能力和服务创新战略三个方面展开对相关文献的回顾和评述,为本研究做好理论基础;第三,在理论回顾的基础上提出了价值网络资源及企业动态能力对服务创新战略的影响机制,并将服务创新战略作为中介变量,竞争强度和环境动荡性作为调节变量,分析了模型各部分的理论依据、构成维度以及逻辑关系,并提出研究假设;第四,分析了对概念模型的实证检验的设计,包括量表的开发、调查问卷的发放和收取;第五,对样本数据进行实证分析,根据实证结果对研究假设进行检验,并且分析实证结果。本研究以中国市场上的高技术服务企业作为研究样本,运用多元回归分析的统计方法对假设进行实证检验,并得出以下结论:首先,价值网络资源是高技术服务企业重要的竞争优势,价值网络资源有助于高技术服务企业通过服务创新战略的实施形成竞争优势并且获得良好的创新绩效;第二,来自企业内部的技术能力、市场导向能力以及整合能力能够影响高技术服务企业对于服务创新战略的选择,并进一步对向创新绩效的转化产生影响,其中技术能力和整合能力较强的企业可以选择通过两种创新提高创新绩效,市场导向能力强的企业可以选择通过突破式服务创新战略提高创新绩效;第三,竞争强度和环境动荡性会对价值网络资源和动态能力的利用和转化过程产生影响,调节这两者与创新绩效之间关系的强度和方向。本研究的理论贡献以及创新点主要体现在以下四个方面:首先,通过文献梳理和访谈研究,归纳总结了价值网络的概念内涵、构成维度以及对于服务创新战略的作用机制,并且将外生性的价值网络资源和内生性的动态能力相结合,从内外部资源能力整合的角度探讨其与服务创新战略的影响关系,填补了相关研究的空白;其次,将价值网络资源和动态能力相结合,创新性的将价值网络理论引入中国高技术服务企业的服务创新战略的实践中,挖掘不同维度的价值摘要 III 网络资源以及动态能力对于不同服务创新战略的影响机制;第三,论证了服务创新战略对价值网络资源、企业动态能力对创新绩效之间的中间作用,进一步打开资源、能力投入与企业创新绩效之间的黑箱,同时创新性的以竞争强度和环境动荡性作为价值网络资源以及企业动态能力的调节变量,分析对直接影响关系的调节效用;最后,通过对研究层面、研究对象的选择,在以往关于高技术服务企业相关研究的基础上,本研究结合高技术服务企业的特征开发相应量表,并在此基础上进行实证检验。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Market competition has shown a new trend, service economy has set an increasingly high requirement for specialized division of labor, and technological innovation has become a driving force in the context of economic globalization. Along with the rise of a new round of technological revolution and industry renovation, the major economies in the world have introduced strategies for “innovation-driven development”. While strengthening technological revolution, they are striving to make a breakthrough in high-tech fields, and this is their key target. In the meantime, as regional economic cooperation is continuously strengthened and market competition gets increasingly intense, the view on interdependence and coevolution developed from value networks has shown particular importance. In this context, acquisition and integration of resources by means of value networks has gradually become an inexhaustible potential competitive edge of enterprises. Therefore, it has been a very important issue for theoretical research and management practice as to how to transform service innovation strategy into innovation performance using enterprises’ exogenous value network resources and endogenous dynamic capabilities. Under the guidance of such a theoretical logic, an analytical framework made up of external environment module, internal and external resource module, internal capacity module, strategic asset module and competitive advantage module has been gradually accepted by the mainstream theoretical analysis. An enterprise’s internal resources and capabilities provide a basis and core support for the enterprise to participate in market competition, and produce an important effect on its ability in acquiring external resources from networks. However, no final research conclusion has ever been drawn for the above transformation mechanism in Abstract II the theoretical circles. These problems concern the implementation and long-term development of service innovation strategies formulated by Chinese high-tech enterprises, but the existing researches haven’t put forward specific solution yet. On that basis, this study sets up a model for the influencing mechanism of value network resources and dynamic corporate capabilities on service innovation strategies with exogenous value network resources, endogenous core competencies and dynamic corporate capabilities as independent variables, and service innovation strategies, in particular radical innovation and incremental innovation, as intervening variable according to a research of deep interviews with high-tech enterprises and secondary data based on relevant theoretical studies of value networks, dynamic corporate capabilities, service innovation strategies and innovation performance from a perspective of a combination of exogenous enterprise resources and endogenous abilities. Then, it generalizes the dimensions of high-tech service enterprises in value network resources, divides resources into network linking resource, network structure resource and network location resource in accordance with network features, sets up a measurement system for the influencing mechanism of innovation strategies based on high-tech service enterprises’ characteristics, and carries out an analytic research on the promoting path and mechanism of innovation performance. The ultimate goal of this study is to investigate the new strategic connotations and strategic options of service innovation strategies from a special perspective of a combination of internal and external resources and abilities based on the exogenous resource conditions formed from high-tech service enterprises’ value networks and the endogenous ability conditions formed from dynamic capabilities, to finally identify how value network resources and dynamic corporate capabilities influence service innovation strategies, so as to provide theoretical support for Chinese Abstract III high-tech service enterprises to formulate service innovation strategies with integrated resources to enhance their own competitiveness. On that basis, this study carries out the following work: first, explain the important value and effect of core network capabilities and dynamic corporate capabilities from a perspective of practical needs and theory evolution, to propose a research objective, research topic, research significance and overall analytic train of thought; second, review the relevant literatures around the holistic approach topic from the angle of value networks, cooperate dynamic capabilities and service innovation strategies, to lay a theoretical foundation for this study; third, set forth a model for the influencingmechanism of value network resources and cooperate dynamic capabilities on service innovation strategies based on theoretical review, analyze the theoretical basis and dimension of the parts of this model as well as their logical relation with service innovation strategies as intervening variables, and competitive intensity, as well as environmental turbulence, as moderating variables, and build a research hypothesis; fourth, analyze the design of an empirical test on the conceptual model, including the development of a scale, as well as the issuance and collection of questionnaires; fifth, conduct an empirical analysis on the sample data, test the research hypothesis according to the empirical result, and analyze the empirical result. This study conducts an empirical test on the hypothesis by multiple regression analysis method with Chinese high-tech service enterprises as study samples, and comes to the following conclusions: first, value network resource is an important competitive advantage of high-tech service enterprises since it can help high-tech service enterprises form a competitive advantage and acquire good innovation performance by implementing service innovation strategies; second, the internal technological capabilities, market judgments and integration abilities of enterprises Abstract IV have an influence on high-tech service enterprises’ choice of service innovation strategies, and on the transformation into innovation performance. In particular, the enterprises with strong technological capabilities and integration abilities can enhance innovation performance in two innovative ways, while the enterprises with strong market judgments can enhance innovation performance by means of a radical innovation strategy; third, competition intensity and environmental turbulence have an impact on the utilization and transformation of value network resources and dynamic capabilities owing to their regulating effect on the intensity and direction of the relationship between the two and innovation performance. The theoretical contributions and innovations of this study find expression mainly in the four aspects: first, it summarized the conceptual meaning and dimension of value network as well as the mechanism of its action on service innovation strategies by means of literature sorting and interview survey, and discussed the relationship of service innovation strategies with the combination of exogenous value network resources and endogenous dynamic capabilities from a perspective of internal and external resource and ability integration, filling in the relevant research gap; second, it introduced value network theory into Chinese high-tech service enterprises’ practice in service innovation strategies creatively by combining value network resources with dynamic capabilities, to reveal the influencing mechanism of the network resources and dynamic capabilities with different dimensions on different service innovation strategies; third, it demonstrated the intermediate effect of service innovation strategies on value network resources and the intermediate effect of dynamic corporate capabilities on innovation performance, further unveiling the black box between resource and ability input and corporate innovation performance, and meanwhile analyzed the moderating effect on the direct relationship creatively by taking competition intensity and environmental Abstract V turbulence as moderating variables of value network resources and dynamic corporate capabilities; finally, it developed a scale in accordance with high-tech service enterprises’ features based on the previous researches related to high-tech service enterprises by selecting corresponding research layers and objects, and then conducted an empirical test. | |
