中文摘要:经济全球化迫使企业国际化活动和国家间的合作向纵深方向拓展,而全球政治、社会、文化和宗教等区域化的正式及非正式制度环境特点与经济全球化的发展趋势并不合拍,我国建筑、建材、机械设备、投融资机构及相关中介机构等进入海外基础设施市场已成云涌之势,尤其是在“一带一路”地区以及“国际产能合作”示范区域。因此,剖析制度环境如何影响我国基础设施企业国际化战略成功和海外基础设施项目?探索新的项目实施方式并如何通过其提高海外基础设施企业战略成功水平?如何判断我国海外基础设施企业的国际化战略是成功的?国际化过程中如何整合及利用这些制度环境层次和项目层次因素?这些成为研究及推动我国基础设施企业国际化亟待解决的理论和现实问题。 本研究基于分享经济学、制度理论、项目管理以及企业国际化战略的已有研究成果,以进入海外基础设施市场的我国相关企业及其实施的项目为研究对象,阐述制度环境和项目分享对我国基础设施企业国际化战略成功的影响机理。具体为:探究项目分享这一新的项目管理实践方式对我国基础设施企业国际化战略的影响;审慎分析在项目分享情境下,我国宏观制度环境、东道国宏观制度环境以及企业中微观制度环境影响我国基础设施企业国际化战略成功的机理。 本研究主要依托以下几个部分开展研究:第一,社会实践观察、文献梳理及理论推演。通过对分享经济、制度理论、项目管理和企业国际化战略等社会实践的观察以及国内外相关文献的综述,剖析社会实践中的新现象和现有理论的缺口。主要界定项目分享的定义、特征、价值和其维度构成,并剖析制度环境和我国基础设施企业国际化战略成功的构成,为本研究建立分析模型提供理论性支撑。 第二,案例研究。结合对我国企业进入海外基础设施市场历史、现状和发展趋势的分析,重点对4家探索性案例企业的数据进行收集和分析,探讨项目分享、制度环境和企业国际化战略成功的要素构成,展现在国内外宏观制度环境和企业中微观制度环境中如何开展项目分享实践,以及制度环境和项目分享对基础设施企业国际化战略成功的影响,给出关键概念之间的关系命题,为本研究建立理论分析模型提供实践性支撑。 第三,理论模型构建及验证。本研究在实践观察、文献综述和案例研究基础上,通过对最新和重要文献的深入分析,构建我国宏观制度环境、东道国宏观制度环境、企业中微观制度环境、项目分享和我国基础设施企业国际化战略成功的理论模型,提出细化的研究假设。通过对我国东部、中部和西部地区拥有海外基础设施业务的企业进行调研,主要由这些企业的272位国家一级注册建造师和104位国家注册咨询(投资)工程师完成问卷填写。运用SPSS22.0和AMOS17.0对收集的数据进行因子分析和多层次回归分析,验证各个研究假设是否成立。本研究经过上述审慎、长期和规范研究,主要得出以下结论: 第一,剖析项目分享的内涵,验证其对我国基础设施企业国际化战略成功有重要影响。在文献综述、理论推演和案例分析等的基础上,剖析项目分享的定义、构成、特征和价值,提出项目分享由项目分享原则、项目分享意愿、项目分享内容和项目分享主体构成,并在上述基础上设计、检验和修正项目分享的测量量表。实证研究结果表明项目分享及其清晰的项目分享原则、广泛的项目分享主体和丰富的项目分享内容对企业国际化战略成功有显著的积极影响,而项目分享意愿对企业国际化战略成功的影响并不显著。 第二,揭示了企业中微观制度环境对企业国际化战略成功的影响机理。在以往研究基础上,将企业中微观制度环境分为企业内部制度环境、企业战略联盟环境、企业社会关系网络和企业Web2.0平台四个构成部分。实证研究发现企业内部制度环境、企业战略联盟环境、企业社会关系网络和企业Web2.0平台对企业国际化战略成功有显著的积极影响。本研究发现企业中微观制度环境虽然对我国基础设施企业国际化战略成功有显著的直接影响,但其更大程度的通过项目分享这一中介变量对我国基础设施企业国际化战略成功产生影响,实证分析发现项目分享的中介作用占企业中微观制度环境对我国基础设施企业国际化战略成功影响总效应的比例为53.9%。 第三,分析了我国宏观制度环境对我国基础设施企业国际化战略成功的影响机理。实证结果显示在企业中微观制度环境影响企业国际化战略成功和项目分享过程中,我国宏观制度环境均起着正向调节作用。具体为我国宏观制度环境越完善,我国基础设施企业中微观制度环境对其企业国际化战略成功影响越明显,我国基础设施企业中微观制度环境对项目分享实践的影响也越明显。另外在企业中微观制度环境影响企业国际化战略成功过程中,我国宏观制度环境虽然起着正向调节作用,但其更大程度的通过项目分享这一中介变量实现,并且实证研究结果验证这种间接调节效应占总调节效应的比例为50.1%。 第四,厘清了东道国宏观制度环境对我国基础设施企业国际化战略成功的影响机理。研究结果显示在企业中微观制度环境影响我国企业国际化战略成功过程中,东道国宏观制度环境起着负向调节作用;在项目分享影响我国基础设施企业国际化战略成功过程中,东道国宏观制度环境也起着负向调节作用。并且在企业中微观制度环境影响企业国际化战略成功过程中虽然东道国宏观制度环境起着负向调节作用,但这一调节作用很大一部分通过项目分享这一中介变量实现,实证结果发现这一间接调节作用占总调节效应的比例为22.5%。 本研究具有较为明显的理论价值,主要的理论价值通过以下几个方面体现: 第一,基于分享经济实践提出并初步界定了项目分享的定义、构成、特征、价值和其测量维度等,丰富了项目管理理论并拓展了分享经济的应用空间。 第二,在项目管理理论方面和企业国际化战略研究方面具有创新性,研究具有理论与实践交互验证的特色。 第三,探索制度环境、项目分享对企业国际化战略成功的影响机理和路径,系统深入分析三者之间关系,为相关学科分支进行交叉研究提供新的视角。 第四,分析了制度环境、项目分享与我国海外基础设施国际化战略成功目前状态关系“是什么”,还尝试从理论分析和逻辑推理等规范研究,尝试说明各变量本身及它们之间的关系状态“应该是什么”,为后续研究提出和验证新概念提供方法借鉴。本研究具有较为明显的实践意义,主要通过以下几个方面体现:第一,分析了项目分享情境下,制度环境与企业国际化战略成功的关系,为我国企业开展国际项目合作以及制定国际化战略提供新的理念和方法,尤其是对我国已经和计划“走出去”的基础设施企业。 第二,有助于扭转我国企业国际化战略理论过于强调竞争的理念,改变长期追随和模仿发达国家企业国际化战略的被动和低效局面,为我国企业制定和选择国际化战略提供新的视角。 第三,本研究积极响应我国政府倡导的“国际产能合作计划”、“一带一路战略”、“国际合作共赢理念”以及“十三五”大力发展共享经济的部署,有利于培养和制定适合我国分享经济和项目分享发展的制度环境,为实现新的共享、绿色、开放、创新和协调的国际合作趋势提供新方法。 
英文摘要:Economic globalization has forced the international activities of enterprises and the cooperation between countries to expand in depth. While the regional characteristics of global, political, social, cultural and religious of formal and informal institutional environment and the development of economic globalization trends are not in tune. Chinese construction enterprises, building materials enterprises, machinery and equipment manufacturing enterprises, investment institutions and related intermediary institutions concentrating on entering the overseas infrastructure market,especially in the "The Belt and Road Area" and the demonstration areaof "International Production Capacity Cooperation". Therefore, analysing how the institutional environment affects the strategic success of overseas enterprises and overseas infrastructure projects, exploring new project implementation methods and how to improve the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises by the methods,how to judge the internationalization strategy of China's overseas infrastructure enterprises is successful,how to integrate and utilize these factors of institutional environment level and project level in the process of internationalization these become theoretical and practical issues research and in order to promote the internationalization of China's infrastructure companies. This study is based on the existing research results of sharing economics, institutional theory, project management and enterprise internationalization strategy, taking Chinese related enterprises to enter the overseas infrastructure market and the project being implemented by these enterprises as a research objective, elaborating the influence of institutional environment and project sharing on the international strategy success of Chinese infrastructure enterprises. Specifically the study explores the impact of the project sharing, the new project management practice on the internationalization strategy success of china’s infrastructure enterprises, analyzing the mechanism of our country's macro institutional environment, host countries' macro institutional environment, and enterprises medium-micro institutional environment impacting on the internationalization strategy success of Chinese infrastructure enterprises. This study is mainly based on the following work to carry out: (1)Firstly, the observation on social practice, literature review, and theoretical deduction. Through the social practice observation and literature review at home and abroad of the sharing economic, project management and enterprise internationalization strategy,the dissertation analyzes the new phenomenon of social practice and the gap between existing theory involved in this study. The study mainly defines the concept, characteristics, value and its dimensions of project sharing, and analyses the composition of the institutional environment and the international strategy success of Chinese infrastructure enterprises in order to provide theoretical support for the theoretical analysis model of this research. (2)Secondly, the case study. Based on the analysis of the history,current situation and development trend of Chinese enterprises to enter the overseas market of infrastructure,the dissertation focuses on the collection and analysis of the data of 4 exploratory case companies of China. Through the case of the enterprises, this dissertation analyzes the elements of project sharing,institutional environment and enterprise internationalization strategy success, shows how to carry out the project sharing practice in enterprises medium-micro institutional environment and the macro institutional environment at home and abroad, as well as the impact of the institutional environment and project sharing on the internationalization strategy success of China’s infrastructure enterprises, gives propositions about the relationship between these key concepts, and provides practical support for this study establishing theoretical model. (3)Thirdly, to construct and validate the theoretical model. Based on literature review, practical observation and case study, through an in-depth analysis of the latest and most important literature, this dissertation constructs a theoretical model of Chinese macro institutional environment、host country's macro institutional environment,enterprises medium-micro institutional environment and project sharing, puts forward the research hypothesis in detail. Through the research on the overseas infrastructure enterprises of China's eastern, central and western, mainly by the 272 Chinese registered first class constructors, and 104 registered consulting (investment)engineers completed the questionnaire, this dissertation analyses the data through hierarchical regression analysis and factor analysis by SPSS22.0 and AMOS17.0,verifies if these hypotheses are supported. Through the careful, long-term and normative research, the study draws the following conclusions: (1)Firstly, this dissertation puts forward the connotation of project sharing and verifies that project sharing has an important influence on the Success of internationalization strategy of China's infrastructure enterprise. Based on literature review, theoretical deduction and case study,the study analyses the definition, structure, characteristics value of project sharing, elaborating the sharing principles,sharing willingness ,sharing content and sharing subjects of project sharing,and design, test and modify the project measurement table on the basis of the above work. The empirical results show that clear sharing principles, rich sharing content ,wide sharing subject has a significant positive effect on the internationalization strategy success of China’s infrastructure enterprises, while willingness has not significant effect on the internationalization strategy success of China’s infrastructure enterprises. (2)Secondly, the dissertation reveals the influence mechanism of enterprises medium-micro institutional environment on the internationalization strategy success of China’s infrastructure enterprises. Based on the previous research, enterprises medium-micro institutional environment is divided into the enterprises internal institutional environment, strategic alliances environment, enterprise social relationship network and enterprise Web2.0 platform in four parts,the empirical study finds that the four dimensions of enterprises medium-micro institutional environment has a significant positive effect on the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises. This study finds that although the enterprise's medium-micro institutional environment has a significant positive direct effect on the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises,However, the enterprises medium-micro institutional environment achieves its greater degree influence on the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises through the intermediary variables—project sharing. The empirical analysis shows that the intermediary effect accounted for53.9% of the total effect ratio of the enterprise's medium-micro institutional environment impacting onthe internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises. (3)Thirdly, the dissertation opens the influence mechanism of China's macro institutional environment impacting on the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises. The research results show that China's macro institutional environment plays a positive regulating effect in the process of enterprises medium-micro institutional environment impacting on the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises and project sharing. Specifically: China's macro institutional environment is more perfect, enterprises medium-micro institutional environment impacting on the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises is more obvious, and enterprises medium-micro institutional environment impacting on project sharing is also more obvious. In addition, in the process of enterprises medium-micro institutional environment impacting on the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises, China's macro institutional environment plays a positive regulating effect, however, the greater degree of the regulating effect of China's macro institutional environment is achieved through the mediation variable-project sharing, and the empirical results verify this indirect regulating effect is 50.1% of the total regulating effect. (4)Fourthly, the dissertation clarifies the influence mechanism of host countries' macro institutional environment impacting on the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises. The research results show that host countries' macro institutional environment plays a negative regulating effect in the process of enterprises medium-micro institutional environment impacting on the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises, and in the process of project sharing impacting on the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises. But in the process of enterprises medium-micro institutional environment impacting on the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises, host countries' macro institutional environment plays a negative role, the greater degree of the regulating effect of China's macro institutional environment is achieved through the mediation variable-project sharing, and the empirical results verify this indirect regulating effect is 22.5% of the total regulating effect. This study has a strong theoretical value, the theoretical value is mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)Firstly, based on the practice of sharing economy,the dissertation presents the definition, constitute,characteristics, value,dimensions measurement of project sharing,enriches the theory of project management and expands the application space of share economy. (2)Secondly, the study has innovative in project management theory and enterprise internationalization strategy theory,the research has characteristics of the theory and practice of cross-validation. (3)Thirdly, the dissertation explores the mechanism and route of institutional environment and project sharing impacting on the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises,analyses in-depth the relationship among institutional environment,project sharing and the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises,provides a new perspective for the cross study of the related disciplines. (4)Fourthly, the present state and relationship of the institutional environment, project sharing and the internationalization strategy success of China's infrastructure enterprises is "what" by the analysis, the study also tries to explain the state and relationship" What should be" between these variables from theoretical analysis , logical reasoning, and such normative research, provides methods for the follow-up study and validation of new concepts. This study also has a wealth of practical significance, and it is mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the relationship between institutional environment and the internationalization strategy success of Chinese infrastructure enterprises under the scenario of project sharing. Provides new ideas and methods for Chinese enterprises to carry out international project cooperation and to develop the internationalization strategy,especially for the China's infrastructure enterprises hasbeing and plans to "go out". (2)Secondly, this dissertation helps to reverse the Chinese enterprise strategy theory emphasizes the concept of competition, changes the passive and inefficient situation the Chinese enterprises follow and imitate the internationalization strategic of developed countries in the long term, develops and provides a new perspective for Chinese enterprises in the choice of internationalization strategy. (3)Thirdly, this study makes actively response to Chinese government formulates “The international cooperation capacity plan" and “The Belt and Road Initiative" and "International cooperation's win-win concept" and "The 13th Five-Year Plan to develop sharing economy deployment ". It is beneficial to cultivate and formulate institutional environment which is suitable for the development of Chinese sharing economy and project sharing, and provides a new method for the implementation of the new green, open, sharing, innovation and coordination of international cooperation trend.
