中文摘要：	本研究的主要目的是为了解高校学生就业信息素养状况，通过对信息素养、就业信息素养相关研究的综述，提出本研究就业信息素养研究的三个方面，包括就业信息意识、就业信息能力和就业信息道德等。通过问卷调查法对就业信息意识、就业信息能力等状况进行调查，随机抽取个案进行访谈，访谈主要内容包括对就业信息道德相关的问题的看法以及产生的原因。调查的对象主要是山西和天津几所主要的高校的学生进行调查，高校学生中主要是调查应届毕业生的情况。利用描述性统计对高校学生就业信息意识、就业信息能力和就业信息道德的现状进阐述，发现存在的问题，分析原因以及提出相应的建议。 研究在以往研究调查内容的基础上对就业信息意识和信息能力的具体要求有所增加，通过调查发现存在部分学生就业信息意识观念淡薄，就业信息能力不高等问题，同时这两方面在不同地区高校之间存在差异，存在就业信息道德问题，是不可避免的现象。家庭因素对高校学生的就业信息意识、能力和道德存在影响。由于调查对象在性别上分布不均衡，没有发现性别对高校学生的就业信息意识和能力的影响。
英文摘要：	The main purpose of this study is to understand the employment information literacy situation of college students. Through reviewing the information literacy, the employment information literacy and other related research, this study puts forward three aspects of the employment information literacy , including employment information consciousness, the employment information ability and the employment information ethics. The study investigates the employment information consciousness and the employment information ability of college students through the questionnaire, and the employment information ethics by interviewing randomly selected cases on questionnaire participates. The main contents of interview include issues related to employment information moral views and reasons.The subject of the investigations are mainly Shanxi and Tianjin several major college students, and students investigated mainly are the fresh graduates. By using descriptive statistics, this paper expounds the present situation of college students' sense of employment information, employment information ability and the moral status of employment information, finds the problems, analyzes the reasons and puts forward the corresponding suggestions. On the basis of the previous research, the specific requirements of the employment information consciousness and information ability have been increased. By the survey, the study found that the employment information consciousness of some college students is weak, and the employment information ability is not high at the same time. The two differences between different parts of the college. The employment information moral problems do exist, and are the inevitable phenomenon. The family factors influence universities students' employment information consciousness, ability and morality. Because of the unbalanced distribution of the subjects on the gender, there was no effect of gender on the employment information consciousness and ability of college students.
