中文摘要：	2010年以来,多家中国教育培训企业在美国上市。当前整个教育培训领域已经陷入了白热化、无序化的竞争态势之中，甚至呈现混乱的局面。针对这一情况当务之急就是寻找一种能够促进教育培训行业健康发展的思路。众所周知，经济发展越快，伴随而至的就是激烈的市场竞争，而教育培训企业之间的竞争不仅仅是培训质量的比拼，更加重要的是企业管理水平的竞争。构建完善内部控制体系，可以为行业的可持续发展保驾护航。深入分析研究教育培训企业内部控制制度，并在此基础上进一步构建完善企业内部控制体系对整个行业的发展具有深远的意义。本文以Z公司作为研究对象，阐述了该公司发展至今的内部控制系统状况，然后再从内部控制理论联系实际，结合现有的分析方法、工具，直击Z公司在内部控制方面存在的问题，追溯问题的根源。进而在分析问题的基础上，依据公司内部控制制度的基本原理以及基本原则，对Z公司目前出现的问题，提出了改进方法和建议。本文的意义主要体现在抓住教育培训企业这一行业特有的特点，深入剖析其内部控制规范体系，并以Z公司作为研究对象，使之与教育培训企业内部控制体系相契合，研究出一套适合Z公司的内部控制规范体系。另外，本文还深入剖析总结了如何协调市场发展与内部控制体系，进一步完善内部控制体系。
