中文摘要:随着经济发展,金融体制改革的一直在不断深化,金融市场也逐步开放,商业银行面临的竞争日益激烈,银行业逐步由原来带有一定垄断性质的行业转为具有激烈市场竞争性质的行业,如何持续在同业竞争中保持优势成为银行的主要研究课题,而绩效管理无疑是贯彻公司战略、保持员工激励、促进公司良性发展的重要工具。 在这样的大背景下,本文以Z银行为例对银行的绩效评价进行了研究。绩效评价问题一直受到Z银行的高度重视,由于国内外经济形势的变化、金融监管机构的政策变化和Z银行战略规划的变化,致使Z银行现行绩效评价体系已无法满足其战略发展需要,本文研究的重点是运用平衡计分卡方法构建符合Z银行发展需要的绩效评价体系。 本文对Z银行当前基于关键绩效指标法的评价方案进行了分析,发现现行绩效评价体系存在诸多问题,然后详细分析了Z银行最新制定的三年战略规划,结合其业务发展特色和优势,在参考大量中外文献和商业银行绩效评价案例实践的基础上,运用平衡计分卡的方法为其构建绩效评价体系,确定四个维度的评价指标,运用层次分析法计算各评价指标的权重,并与原有绩效评价体系打分结果进行对比、分析,最后制定了Z银行实施此评价体系的保障措施。通过引入平衡计分卡,将为Z银行提供一套科学有效的管理框架和学习成长的创新机制。  
英文摘要:With the rapid development of economy, the deepening financial reform and the financial market continues to open up, the commercial banks are facing increasingly fierce competition, the banking industry has gradually increased from a certain monopolistic industries into industries with highly competitive in the market?, how to continue to maintain advantage in the competition is become the main problem in commercial banks, and performance management undoubtedly is an important tool to implement the company's strategy , keep staff motivation, and promote the sound development of the company. Under this background, this article studied on bank performance evaluation of Z bank. Performance evaluation has been highly valued in bank Z, due to changes in domestic and international economic situation, policy changes in the financial regulatory agencies as well as the changes of the bank's management strategic planning, so that the current performance evaluation program has been unable to meet their strategic development needs, the use of balance scorecard for Z Bank performance evaluation system is the focus of this study. In this paper, the Z bank current evaluation scheme based on key performance indicators method was analyzed, and found that the current performance evaluation system has many problems, and then analyzes in detail the Z bank latest strategic planning of the development of combined with its business development characteristic and the superiority, in reference to a large number of Chinese and foreign literature and the performance evaluation of commercial Banks, based on the practice of case, using the balanced scorecard method for constructing performance evaluation system, determine the four dimensions of evaluation indexes, using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each evaluation index, and compared with the original performance evaluation system of scoring results , finally made the Z bank implementation safeguard measures of the evaluation system. With the introduction of the balanced scorecard to Z bank provides a set of scientific and effective management framework and study the innovation mechanism of growth.
