中文摘要: 医药行业作为新兴产业受到全世界的关注,逐渐变成信息产业后全球经济新的突破点。我国对医药方面的研究历史久远,直到现在对医药行业的发展依旧格外关注:支持规模经济发展、税收政策上给予极大优惠、财政着力投入、鼓励新型药物的研究等一系列措施。药企行业向着正规化、规模化、科研化、多元化的方向发展,其增长潜力和增长速度可谓飞速,在一定程度上也拉动了GDP的增长。虽然发展迅猛,但是受到技术和资金的制约,与国外知名药企相比,我们的发展速度和规模还是有不少差距。虽然发展潜力巨大,但是要想在激烈的医药行业竞争中立足脚跟,发挥自身优势,就需要考虑当前药企行业的大环境,了解企业的实际现状,制定出符合自身发展特点的战略管理体系。 作为拥有多个百年中药老字号的中药企业集团,天津中新药业集团股份有限公司一直以来以制造良心好药为使命。然而,与其他知名一流药企对比,这家知名中药制造企业无论是在品牌效应、还是在公司规模、甚至在产品梯次建设上都还存在一定的差距。为了使天津中新药业集团股份有限公司能够健康可持续发展,对其战略发展问题有必要进行剖析。 通过研究当今新医改的政策,考虑到医药行业的发展环境,总结出我国药企的发展现状和竞争态势,结合公司战略管理的理论知识,对中新药业集团进行研究,通过使用SWOT分析模型、PEST分析模型、核心竞争力分析模型以及战略杠杆逻辑分析模型,分析得出外部宏观环境、整个药企行业中观环境、在竞争环境中的优势、劣势以及在竞争中遇到的机会和威胁。通过找到企业自身的核心竞争力,指出在当前行业环境下企业基于杠杆逻辑的发展战略新构想和所应采用的组织保障。 本文利用企业战略管理知识,重新制定战略规划,采取积极有效的措施,指引中新集团的向前发展,通过内外资源相协调,达到产品质量过硬,经济效益飞速提高的目的。  
英文摘要:The pharmaceutical industry as a new industry by the world's attention, gradually become the information industry after the global economy a new breakthrough. China's medical research has a long history and a rapid development speed, but compared with foreign well-known pharmaceutical companies, our development speed and size, there are still many gaps. In order to play their own advantages, you need to consider the current pharmaceutical industry environment, understand the actual situation of enterprises to develop their own characteristics of the development of strategic management system. As a century-old pharmaceutical companies in Tianjin, Tianjin Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (ZXPH) has been to create good medicine for the mission of conscience. However, compared with other well-known first-class pharmaceutical companies, this well-known enterprise, whether in the brand, or the size of the company, is still very different. In order to make ZXPH to the long-term development, its strategic development issues need to be analyzed. By studying the new medical reform policy, taking into account the development environment of the pharmaceutical industry, researching through the use of PEST & SWOT analysis model , the advantages and disadvantages of the external macro environment, the competitive environment and the opportunities and threats encountered in the competition are analyzed. By using the strategic leverage logic & the core competence analysis model, it points out the new conception and the organizational guarantee of the development strategy based on the leverage logic. In this paper, the use of strategic management knowledge, to re-develop strategic planning, to take active and effective measures to guide the development of the new group, through internal and external resources coordination, to achieve excellent product quality, rapid economic benefits.
