中文摘要：	随着经济全球化的不断发展，企业集团的资金管理体系面临着更大的挑战，企业集团需要在激烈竞争的市场条件下从内部不断挖掘增长潜力，而资金管理是一个很重要的环节。中冶集团是全球最大的综合工程建设企业集团之一，对我国经济的发展和民生的保证起着非常重要的作用，随着中冶集团规模的不断扩大，资金管理成为了一个必须要重视的问题，资金集中管理可以实现资金管理的规模效应与协同效应，是发挥企业集团优势的内在条件，是中冶集团的必然选择。本文采用比较分析法、案例分析法和归纳总结法相结合的研究方法，旨在以中冶集团为例，在对其资金集中管理现状进行分析的基础上，提出相应的优化建议。本文主要内容为：首先是绪论，介绍了本文的研究背景、意义、内容、方法、和国内外资金集中管理相关研究；然后是相关理论回顾，该部分对相关概念进行了界定，并梳理了资金集中管理的理论基础和主要模式；接着对中冶集团资金集中管理的现状进行了分析，介绍了集团概况和资金集中管理现状，归纳了存在的问题并分析了原因；对资金集中管理进行了优化设计，说明了优化的原则和目标，提出了优化方案；然后是优化方案的应用，对其进行了实施，同时提出了相应的保障；最后是结论和展望。本文的研究对中冶集团的资金集中管理提出了改进的方法，可以提升集团的经营管理水平，推动集团实现跨越式发展，同时对国有大型建筑企业集团的资金集中管理提供一定借鉴。
英文摘要：	With the continuous development of economic globalization, the funds management system of enterprise group faces greater challenges. Enterprise group need to excavate growth potential from the inside constantly in fiercely competitive market conditions, and money management is a very important link. China Metallurgical Group Corporation is one of the world's largest enterprise groups of comprehensive engineering construction. And it plays a very important role in economic development and people's livelihood guarantee to?our country. With the continuous expansion of the scale of China Metallurgical Group Corporation, funds management has become a problem we?have to?focus on. Funds centralized management can realize size effect and synergy effect of money management. So it’s the inner conditions of giving full play to the advantages of enterprise group, and it’s the inevitable choice of China Metallurgical Group Corporation. This article uses the research methods with the?combination?of the comparative analysis, case analysis and summarizing method. This article aims at taking the?case?of?China Metallurgical Group Corporation and putting forward the corresponding optimization Suggestions based on analyzing its current situation of funds centralized management. In this paper, the main content is described as follows. First of all, the introduction introduces the research background, significance, content and method of this paper and the related research of funds centralized management at home and abroad. Then is theoretical review. This part defines the concept, and sorts out the theoretical basis and the main patterns of funds centralized management. The next part analyzes the present situation of capital centralized management of China Metallurgical Group Corporation. It introduces the group profile and the status quo of capital centralized management, then it summarizes the existing problems and analyzes the reasons. After that is about the optimal design of capital centralized management. It illustrates the principles and goals of optimization and optimized scheme is put forward. Then is the application of optimization. The optimization is put into force, and at the same time putting forward the corresponding security. The last part is the conclusion and prospect. In this paper, the research proposes improved method of capital centralized management of China Metallurgical Group Corporation. It can improve the group's operation and management level, and it promotes group to achieve leapfrog development as well as provides certain reference for the funds centralized management of large state-owned construction enterprise group.
