中文摘要:20世纪80年代,随着改革开放的深入,企业文化被作为一种新的管理模式引入中国,一时间,国内众多企业相继开展了企业文化建设。中国航天科技集团公司作为我国一家大型中央企业,于2002年集团公司第二次工作会后正式启动企业文化建设,以航天传统文化为根本,至今已形成一套完备的企业文化体系。 A公司作为中国航天科技集团公司的三级子公司,成立于2008年,主要承担我国新一代运载火箭型号的研制生产。A公司新型号研制任务十分繁重,公司上下不分昼夜,顽强拼搏,员工常常超负荷工作。公司95%员工为80后的年轻人,工作年限短,对航天文化的理解不深,面对繁重的工作任务,巨大的工作压力,有些员工表现出归属感不强、工作积极性不高的现象。通过理论分析和案例研究发现,A公司在企业文化建设方面存在不足,缺少对母公司优秀企业文化的传承,以及结合自身经营管理实践的企业文化创新。本文重点研究航天文化在A公司的传承与创新。通过对航天文化起源与发展的研究,结合对A公司企业文化建设现状与不足,对A公司企业文化传承与创新进行设计,并提出确保相关企业文化要素落地的具体保障措施。 
英文摘要:In the 1980s, with the deepening of reform and opening up, corporate culture as a new management model into China, for a time, many domestic enterprises have carried out the construction of enterprise culture. CASC as a large central enterprises in China, in 2002 after the second group of companies officially launched the construction of enterprise culture, the traditional space culture as the fundamental, has formed a complete corporate culture. A company as a three subsidiaries of CASC, was established in 2008, mainly responsible for China's new generation of carrier rocket model development and production. Company A develops a very heavy task, the company day and night, tenacious struggle, employees often overload. 95% of the company's employees for 80 young people, short years of work, the understanding of space culture is not deep, in the face of heavy work tasks, great work pressure, and some employees showed a sense of belonging is not strong, work enthusiasm is not high. Through the theoretical analysis and case study, it is found that there is a lack of corporate culture construction in company A, the lack of the inheritance of excellent corporate culture of parent company, and the innovation of corporate culture combined with its own management practice. This paper focuses on the inheritance and innovation of space culture in Company A. Through the research on the origins and development of space culture, combining with the present situation and shortcomings of corporate culture construction of Company A, the inheritance and innovation of corporate culture of Company A are designed, and concrete safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the relevant elements of enterprise culture.
