中文摘要：	当今世界数字科技日新月异，知识增量爆发式井喷，对于在有限精力下搜索、获取、应用和理解新知识，整合知识资源为企业创新发展助力，已成为摆在企业未来指数革新发展的重要命题。作者知道，知识往往流走于工具和使用者当中，由于知识本身的复杂属性性、概念模糊和专业性强，加之知识拥有者对自身和所占据的知识保护的“利己心理”，导致知识在共享流程中，难以实现真正意义上的流动。再加上，知识在共享的这段过程中，无论是员工所具备的知识存量、对于企业有积极作用的知识质量、接受方的吸收知识能力、改造为所需知识的创新力还是知识整合的可靠范围、效率和弹性，等等，这些都决定着知识共享效果的快慢程度。当知识经过重组再造成为可供利用的新知识时，企业的竞争优势就会显现出来，可见，知识共享在企业运作管理发展中有着举足轻重的地位和作用。如何在企业内部有效保存并开发利用这些知识，是亟待破解的重要课题。基于上述背景，针对国有企业的代表--烟草企业，对选题背景、研究理论以及研究意义进行阐述，鉴于知识共享对企业的巨大影响，提出了需要研究解决的问题。文章的第一部分阐述研究背景、研究方法和研究框架，第二部分是对本领域的研究现状的简要总结，在第三部分中，作者面向知识共享的过程，进行影响因素研究，第四部门作者将分析泰州市烟草公司知识共享的发展现状和面临问题，并在第五部分中从不同的共享过程角度，来探讨知识共享的影响因素及这些因素之间的关系，从中制定符合泰州市烟草公司知识共享影响因素的理论架构，在最后一部分作者将总结本文的主要观点。希望本课题的研究能对国有企业知识共享方面能提供借鉴，也希望为我国企业对知识共享认识的提高有所帮助。
英文摘要：	In In today's world of digital science and technology changes with each passing day, the knowledge increment explosive blowout, to search, under limited energy acquisition, application, and to understand the new knowledge, integrating knowledge resources for enterprise innovation and development power, has become the important proposition of the development of innovation on the enterprise future index. As we know, knowledge is often run out in tools and users, due to the complex nature of knowledge itself, concept of fuzzy and strong professionalism, knowledge, combined with the knowledge of themselves and occupied the protection of "ego psychology", lead to knowledge sharing process, difficult to achieve in the true sense of flow. Plus, the knowledge on Shared this process, the enterprises or within an enterprise employees have knowledge quality and storage capacity, the knowledge of personal ability and innovation ability, knowledge integration and reliable range, efficiency and flexibility, and so on, all of these speed determines the effect of knowledge sharing. When knowledge through restructuring reengineering become available new knowledge, the competitive advantage of enterprises will emerge, visible, knowledge sharing in the development of enterprise operation management has important position and role. How effective preservation and development and utilization of the knowledge within the enterprise, is one of the important subjects to be cracked. Based on the above background, in view of the representative of the state-owned enterprises - tobacco enterprises, the selected topic background, research theory and elaborates the research significance, in view of the knowledge sharing to the enterprise, the impact of the research were put forward to solve the problem. The first part of the paper describes the research background, research methods and research framework, the second part is the present situation of the research of this field are briefly summarized, in the third part, we face the knowledge sharing process, factors influencing the study, we will analyze the fourth department taizhou tobacco company development present situation and problems of knowledge sharing, and in the fifth part, from the perspective of different sharing process, to explore the influence factors of knowledge sharing, and the relationships between these factors and to formulate conforms to the taizhou tobacco companies theoretical framework of the factors that affect the knowledge sharing, in the last part, we will summarize the main points in this paper. Hope this topic research can provide reference to the state-owned enterprise knowledge sharing, and also hope for our country enterprise will be helpful to the improvement in the recognition of knowledge sharing.
