中文摘要:随着全球经济一体化进程,我国汽车产业在不断发展壮大,同时也面临着不小的挑战。尤其是在全球贸易快速增长背景下,越来越多的国际大企业进入中国市场,导致行业之间的竞争更加激烈,但这也为这对我国汽车产业带来巨大的机遇和挑战。因此,如何在这样的机遇和挑战中实现自身发展,进行全球化的布局,抢占市场先机,这对中国企业来说无疑是需要思考的问题。 企业战略的选择与实施,有助于增强企业竞争,提高管理水平。通过制定战略,然后实施科学合理的企业战略规划,必将有效地推动企业持续、稳健发展。战略是企业对未来的思考与规划,因此,在充满不确定性和变化性的未来,如果企业能够有长远的眼光,对未来有很好的把握,那么企业就能够占据竞争优势。A公司如何在总体发展目标下,制定出适应内外部环境变化的竞争战略,获得竞争优势,是企业面临的重要课题。 本研究首先对相关文献进行了回顾,对战略管理理论进行了梳理,从早期的战略思想到现在的动态竞争战略理论,同时,还对相关的战略分析方法进行了介绍。在文献回顾之后,研究主要对A公司的内外环境进行分析,主要采用PEST模型对A公司的宏观环境进行分析,通过五力模型对行业竞争状况进行了基本了解。在此基础上,论文还采用SWOT战略分析工具,对公司的优势、劣势、机遇以及挑战进行分析。通过对内外部环境进行分析和讨论,我们对A公司的战略环境以及战略导向有了基本的判断和理解。然后,结合前文对A公司的分析和判断,结合行业未来的发展趋势以及A公司的发展目标,本研究对A公司竞争战略的选择与实施进行了分析,从而得出A公司要采取差异化竞争战略,通过在产品设计、研发、服务以及品牌管理等方面实施差异化战略,保障企业目标的达成。同时,企业在差异化战略的过程中也要注意对成本的管控。为保障A公司差异化战略的实施,本研究也提出了一系列保障措施,如从组织建设、管理水平、人才培养等多个方面进行思考,使企业各个政策能够为战略目标服务。希望通过实施差异化竞争战略,A公司能够在适应和参与全球化竞争,并不断发展做大。最后,探讨了本文的研究结论以及创新,并指出了研究存在的不足之处。 
英文摘要:With the globalization of world economy, China's automobile industry is growing rapidly, and facing more and more challenge at the same time. Especially under the background of rapid growth of global trade, more and more large international enterprises enter Chinese market, and lead to more competition in this industry. But it also brings great opportunities and challenges to China’s automobile industry. Therefore, it is a question for Chinese enterprises to think about how to deal with these opportunities and challenges, and seize market opportunities. Enterprise strategic management is helpful to enhance enterprise’s competition, and to improve the management level. By making strategy, and implementing scientific and rational enterprise strategic planning, it will effectively promote sustained and steady enterprise development. The choice of development strategy is particularly important. Strategy is the thinking and planning for enterprise’s future, therefore, with the uncertain and variable future, if the companies can have a long-term vision, and have a good grasp for the future, the enterprise will be able to occupy the competitive advantage. How does A company gain competitive advantage under the overall development goals, and develop its strategy and to adapt to changes in internal and external environment, it is an important topic of the enterprises. Firstly, this thesis analysis the relevant literatures, such as the development of strategy management theory, from the early strategic thoughts to the present dynamic competitive strategy theory, and the strategic analysis methods are also introduced. Then, we analyze the internal and external environment of A Company, through PEST model. we analyze the macro environment of A Company, through the five-force model to analyze the industry competition condition. Moreover, the thesis also uses the SWOT strategy tool to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunities and challenges of A company. Through these analysis and discussion, we have a brief understanding about A company's internal and external environment, and this can guide A company's strategic direction. Then, combined with the above analysis and judgment of A Company, and the industry’s development trend of and the goals, this research point that A Company should adopt differentiation strategy, such as product’s design, research and development, service and brand management. At the same time, A Company should also pay attention to cost control. In order to guarantee the success of A company's differentiation strategy, a series of support measurement are proposed, such as organization construction, management level, human resource management and so on. Through the differentiation strategy, A company can adapt to and participate in global competition, and have a bright future. At last, the conclusion and innovation of this thesis are discussed, and the limitations are also discussed.
