| 中文摘要： | 20世纪初期，项目管理在我国众多行业都有了长足的进步，项目管理广泛地应用在总多的领域之中，随着项目管理的理论愈加的完善，各位项目经理逐渐认识到对项目相关利益主体的管理成功与否很大程度决定了项目的成败。各项目经理对项目相关利益主体的重视程度也与日俱增，国内外关于相关利益主体管理的相关理论也成出不穷，对于相关利益主体的管理逐渐有了自己的学派， 本文以理论为基础，对项目相关利益主体的的管理进行研究，具体分为：相关利益主体的识别、相关利益主体需求收集以及相关利益主体的的后期维护作为研究对象。发现现阶段华润置地公司存在的问题，具体有：用人方面的问题、沟通方面的问题、需求定义方面的问题、相关利益主体支持方面的问题，通过分析我们制定相关利益主题的管理制度，具体有明确相关利益主体的职责、建立相关利益主体的识别体系、团队变更的管理制度等。通过华润置地公司的非工程项目相关利益主体案例分析去验证调整的正确性，通过分析项目相关利益主体对非工程项目成败的影响，阐述了项目相关利益主体在项目的实施过程中的重要作用。对于相关利益主体的性格进行分析，将调研问卷再次升级、细化、运用AHP等相关的方法论进行相关理论研究。 | |
| 英文摘要： | In the early 20th century ,project management developed fast in many industries that it was widely used in many professional fields. With the perfection of theory of project management, project managers have gradually recognized that the success of a project highly depended on the successful management of project stakeholders. Projects managers have paid more attention to these stakeholders and more and more related theory has been come up with, which resulted in a special school of thought for this kind of management. Based on the theory, this paper studied the management of project stakeholders, including recognition of stakeholders, demand collection of stakeholders and the maintenance of stakeholders.The current problems existed in CR land include the human resource problem, communication problem,demand problem and the related support problem. By analyzing the problems, the management system was established, clearly indicating the responsibility of stakeholders, recognition system establishment and the management system of team alteration. Utilizing the examples of management of non-engineering stakeholders in CR Land, the accuracy was determined and tested. The importance of the effect from stakeholders during the project implementation was tested by analyzing the effect from stakeholders on the project success. Via analyzing the characters of stakeholders, the study questionnaire was upgraded and detailed, and some related methodologies like AHP was used in the study. | |
