| 中文摘要: | 在科技日益创新与经济社会急速发展的当下,大多数企业尤其是工业领域的制造型企业在面对控制成本,提高质量并且适时地满足客户需求面临着巨大的考验。特别是劳动密集型制造业如何在日益复杂和动态的环境中提升自身竞争能力和创造更高业绩水平,并长期持续经营下去已成为管理学科里面的重要研究课题。因为在人力成本暴涨,原材料价格不断攀高的今天,我们的劳动密集型制造业的先天优势正在消失殆尽,越来越多的劳动密集型制造企业也纷纷在企业内部推行精益持续改进项目,所以,如何在企业内部有效地进行精益持续改进项目管理对于业务的长期发展具有非常关键的作用。本文以精益持续改进项目管理的定义为基础,阐述了精益生产和精益思想的由来和持续改进研究理论,由潜入深的分别对项目管理的定义、精益项目管理的定义和精益持续改进项目管理的定义做了系统归纳介绍,对精益持续改进项目管理在企业管理中具有哪些优势及如何在工作实践中具体实施进行了讨论,精益持续改进项目可以帮助企业提高管理效率,降低成本,减少浪费,使企业能以螺旋式上升的方式持续发展,结合以往和现有的理论知识和工作经验明确了什么是精益持续改进项目管理。文章通过对西门子开关插座有限公司组织结构、人员构成、生产经营状况的介绍,运用SWOT分析法对西门子开关插座有限公司进行外部因素机遇与挑战和内部因素优势与劣势进行分析,证实了该企业实施精益持续改进项目的必要性。通过鱼骨图找出了西门子开关插座有限公司在精益持续改进项目管理方面的一些问题,并对这些问题进行了深入的原因分析。针对这些问题原因,结合相应的理论知识提出建立西门子精益持续改进项目管理体系。针对精益持续改进项目管理的特点,文章系统介绍了如何利用VSM价值流和黄金分割法进行项目筛选。紧接着又从项目的实施流程和知识管理两方面进行深化。最后,精益持续改进项目管理体系的有效实施还离不开保障条件的完善,本文对此在最后进行了论证。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the ever-accelerating speed of economic development and technological innovation,Most of manufactures today are facing challenges trying to meet customers need due to the rapid and increasing development in science and technology. They are also facing challenges due to cost control and the need to improve quality to meet the needs of customers. Especially for labor-intensive manufactures, it became an important research topic that how to enhance their competition ability and gain a higher level of performance under the increasingly complicated and dynamic economic environment and keep it sustainable. The advantages of the Chinese labor-incentive manufactures has begun to weaken by rising labor costs and raw material costs, so the implementation of the lean continuous improvement project is becoming more and more important to labor-intensive manufactures. Based on the definition of lean continuous improvement project management, the thesis expounds the background of lean manufacture, lean thinking and the theory of continuous improvement, introduces the definition of project management, lean project management and lean continuous improvement project management. Meanwhile, the thesis also discusses the advantages of lean continuous improvement project management and its practical application and points out that lean continuous improvement projects can help enterprises to improve management efficiency, reduce costs and reduce waste so that enterprises can continue to develop in a spiral rising way. The thesis introduces the organization structure, personnel structure and production and operating status of SIEMENS wiring accessories Shandong Co., Ltd., and proves that this enterprise is necessary to carry out the project of lean continuous improvement by using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the opportunities and challenges, advantages and disadvantages of SIEMENS wiring accessories Co., Ltd,. Then the thesis comes up with the improve suggestions for the problems that establish Siemens lean continuous improvement project management system. In view of the characteristics of lean continuous improvement project management, this thesis describes how to use the VSM value stream and the golden section method to select project. After that, the paper puts forward two suggestions on how to ensure the project management of lean continuous improvement. | |
