中文摘要：	EPC（设计-采购-施工）总承包是一种在国际工程市场流行的承发包方式。随着中国建筑市场的国际化，以及建筑企业经营战略的变革，这种总承包模式将在我国国内的建筑市场中占据主导地位，但目前还不成熟。这主要有建筑企业自身的原因，还有政府、市场等环境方面的原因。我国建筑企业如何实施EPC总承包模式以缩小我国与发达国家的差距，这是摆在我国政府与建筑企业面前的重要问题。论文从EPC模式核心能力入手，构建基于核心能力的EPC模式，运用项目管理和现代战略管理理论研究我国建筑企业EPC总承包模式与实施方案。 论文在项目管理、价值链和核心能力等相关理论回顾的基础上，对我国建筑企业基于核心能力的EPC模式进行了研究。首先运用项目生命周期理论构建EPC模式的价值链，并用核心能力的特征对价值链的各项活动进行判别，对建筑企业EPC总承包模式的核心能力进行界定和分析，从而构建基于核心能力的EPC模式。其次，论文以构建基于核心能力的EPC模式为基础，讨论如何从融资、项目管理、人力资源管理、技术开发和信息化建设五方面推进EPC模式在我国的实施进程。论文最后用某建设集团哈萨克斯坦EPC项目实施案例，对所论述的内容加以证实。本文的基本观点是，建筑企业作为市场中的竞争主体，应该在了解EPC总承包模式的基础上，认清EPC模式的关键点，同时从自身存在的问题上找原因，在实施EPC总承包模式的过程中，培养并提高自身的核心能力，只有这样才能尽快缩小我国建筑企业与国际工程市场的差距。 本文的创新之处在于构建以核心能力为基础的EPC模式，并以此为前提，针对我国目前EPC承包商存在的问题，对承包商如何实施EPC模式，推进EPC模式的发展进行了深入分析。论文研究对有能力实施EPC总承包模式的相关企业具有一定的借鉴作用。同时，论文对我国推进EPC总承包模式，缩小我国建设企业与国际工程市场的差距，具有一定的参考价值。
英文摘要：	EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) pattern is popular in the international project contracting market. However, it has not been mature in China yet. How should Chinese construction enterprises execute EPC pattern and narrow the gap between China and developed countries is an important problem faced by Chinese government and construction enterprises. The thesis has studied the EPC pattern and its executive plan by adopting project management and modern strategy management theories. On the base of reviewing the relative theories of project management, value chain and core competence, the thesis has investigated the core-competences-based EPC pattern in China. The thesis has adopted project life cycle theory to build the value chain of EPC pattern and judged the activities in the value chain by the characteristics of core competence. Thus, core competences of EPC pattern have been worked out and the factors of core competences analyzed. Taking these as a foundation, an EPC pattern based on core competences has, therefore, been build. Thereafter, the thesis, taking core-competences-based EPC pattern into consideration, has discussed how to accelerate the progress of EPC pattern in China. Finally, a case of EPC project executed by a construction group has been applied to exemplify the argumentation in the thesis. The basic point of view of the thesis is, as an important market competitor, construction enterprises should recognize the key points of EPC pattern and realize self insufficiencies, so as to nurture and enhance its core competences during the execution of the EPC pattern. The innovation points of the thesis are building a core-competences-based EPC pattern and deeply construing how to execute and improve the EPC pattern. The thesis will have some helpful references to those construction enterprises having the ability to implement EPC pattern and will, to some extent, accelerate the development of EPC pattern.
