中文摘要:生物医疗行业是一个多知识领域重合,具有高技术含量、需要高额投资的行业,该行业的发展代表着国家能否为其国民提供高水平医疗健康环境,也代表了国家综合发展水平。此外,随着中国科技发展和国民经济发展,科技型中小企业成为推动国家技术进步、经济增长的主力军。而国家的整体发展环境,也为科技企业提供了保持创新能力的基础环境,帮助了一批科技型中小企业成长为行业领军企业。 基于以上背景,本文以生物医疗行业的科技型中小企业-AD生物科技公司为研究对象,通过对宏观环境和公司情况的分析,进行公司竞争战略研究、战略目标设计和保障措施设计等。通过正确识别公司成长期特征,设计出符合长期持续、健康、快速发展需要的成长模式和竞争战略选择,并以此为基础设计总体战略目标和职能战略目标,推动公司成长为生物医疗行业内的科技小巨人。 本文首先对宏观环境进行了分析,得出公司赖以生存的政治、经济、社会和技术环境,是适宜公司长期投资和健康发展的。进而,对公司自身的优势和劣势以及面对的机遇和威胁进行了分析,得出公司具有良好的技术产品优势和研发团队优势,而制约公司发展的主要因素是营销网络和资金方面较为薄弱。 基于对宏观环境和公司情况的分析,结合竞争战略理论,确定公司的发展模式为技术助推模式,确定公司的竞争战略模式为差异化聚焦战略,并以此为基础进行总体战略目标和职能战略目标设计和战略措施设计,最后通过公司治理结构的规范化,企业文化的树立,人员、资金和资源的配置等保障措施设计,为公司战略实施提供保障。 本文的创新点是AD生物科技公司的竞争战略研究是基于科技型中小企业成长期这一特殊阶段的战略研究,通过有效的企业战略制定,可以帮助成长期的科技型企业健康稳步发展,成为行业内的科技小巨人企业,此次战略研究一方面帮助企业梳理了自身的内部环境和外部环境,也希望能够为同类型、同阶段企业提供有价值的参考。 
英文摘要:Bio-medical industry is a multi-expertise, hi-technology, capital-required industry. Its development status stands for the health care environment and the comprehensive development level of one nation. With the development of China’s technology and national economic status, hi-tech enterprises have become the major force of national technology progress and economic growth. China has provided fundamental environments for the innovative capabilities of the hi-tech enterprises and helped them to become the new Titan in their arena. Base on above background, this paper has studied the subject, AD Biotechnology Company, which is a bio-medical small-medium-hi-tech-enterprise. After on the macro environment analysis and SWOT analysis, competitive strategic analysis of the company is performed and strategic target and safeguard measures are worked out. By recognizing the characteristics of developing period, the development model and competitive strategic choice have been worked out based on the needs of long-term, healthy and rapid development. The general strategic target and functional strategic targets are studies, which gives the company a great chance to become the scientific Titan in bio-medical industry. This paper starts with a macro environment analysis, which leads to the conclusion that the political, economic, social and technology environment are good for the company’s long term investment and healthy development. Moreover, a SWOT analysis is performed which leads to the fact that the company has advantages in its technology, product and R&D capabilities, and it has disadvantages in distribution network and capital abilities. Based on the macro analysis and SWOT analysis, and the competitive strategic theories, the development model of the company should be technology-oriented model, and the competitive strategic model should be focus-differentiation strategy. And the general and functional strategic targets are worked out, and the safeguard measures of corporate governance structure, corporate culture and human and capital resources are designed. The innovation of this paper is that the competitive strategic analysis is based on developing period of hi-tech-small-medium enterprises. Through effective strategic study, the hi-tech enterprises in developing period could become the Titan in the industry. The study could also be valuable to other companies with similar development phase and characteristics.
