中文摘要：	随着经济水平的日益发展和经济结构的不断优化，我国企业的经营环境越来越复杂。在这样的生产经营条件下，财务风险逐渐成为企业发展过程中所要面对的非常重要的风险之一。客观存在的财务风险，是每个企业必须面对的经营难题，其对于企业的经济活动有着重大的影响。一般来说，企业往往根据现有的资料进行财务测算和风险管理，但是由于财务活动的不确定性和企业财务风险管理意识和能力的不足，致使大部分企业的财务风险都处于不可控的状态之下。财务风险可能会给企业带来额外的经济收益，但大多数时候，财务风险都会给企业造成严重的经济损失。因此，能否有效控制企业财务风险，减少其对企业带来的负面影响，将会是企业谋求进一步发展需要研究的一个非常重要的课题。现有理论对于财务风险的研究已经初具规模，基本已经确定了财务风险的基本来源，并且已经提出了一些行之有效的财务风险管理原则和财务风险管理措施。本文基于财务风险管理的理论观点，对Q公司目前的财务风险管理问题进行研究。本文首先介绍了财务风险管理相关理论，然后介绍了Q公司的主要经营情况和财务管理模式，随后从收入波动性风险和违约风险两方面分析了Q公司的财务风险，再然后从违约风险管理、融资渠道管理和营运资金管理三个方面对Q公司财务风险管理中存在的问题及产生原因进行深入剖析，最后针对Q公司财务风险管理现状和分析出的问题提出了财务风险管理应对策略。本文希望通过对Q公司的研究，能够给其他公司，甚至其他行业管理财务风险、解决财务风险危机，缓解财务风险损失提供一定的参考。
英文摘要：	With the development of economy and the optimization of economic structure, the domestic enterprises are facing more complex market environment. In such complex environment, financial risk is becoming more and more dangerous during the development process of every enterprise. Financial risk exists objectively and these risks are the problems that each enterprise has to face. Financial risk has a major impact on the enterprises’ economy activities. Generally speaking，enterprise financial estimates rely on the available information. While due to the uncertainty of the financial activities, the result of enterprises is different. On one hand, the financial risk may bring some additional revenue to the company; on the other hand, it also could bring very serious economic loss. Thus, the question that how to reduce the impact of the financial risk, is becoming more and more important to the research of corporate finance. The existing theory in research of the financial risk has begun to form scale. Basically, we had determined the source of financial risk, and had some principles and measures to solve problem from the financial risk. Based on the theory of financial risk management, this paper studies the current financial risk management problems of Q company.Firstly,we introduce the theory of financial risk management.After that, we introduce the operating condition and the financial management mode of Q company.Then we analysis the finacial risk of Q company from two aspects ,which are income fluctuation risk and default risk .And then from the three aspects of the default risk management, financing management and working capital management,we analysis the financial risk management problems of Q company and the reasons.Finally, according to the current situation and problems of Q company's financial risk management,we solve these problems.I hope this paper could provide some references to the other enterprises and industries to manage the financial risk, reduce the loss of financial risk and solve the problems of the financial risk.
