中文摘要:随着移动互联网、云计算、物联网和社交网络的广泛应用,大数据引领时代发展已成为全球共识。大数据被誉为继云计算、物联网之后IT产业的又一次颠覆性技术变革,它对社会经济生活产生的影响不仅限于技术层面,在本质上,大数据为人们观察世界提供了一种全新的理念和方法。在大数据信息时代,通过海量信息收集、数据处理和数据分析,纷繁复杂的人类行为变得有规律可循。面对突如其来的“数据革命”,作为金融活动核心的风险管理对数据的依赖和要求也日益提高,尤其在信用风险管理领域,大数据更是带来了管理模式和思维方式的巨大转变。如何利用大数据技术有效掌握和收集数据,分析数据,利用数据来降低违约风险,提升信用风险管理的效率成为近年来金融机构必须认真思考和探索的全新课题。 本文在进行相关理论研究的基础上,总结出传统信用风险管理模式存在的问题和瓶颈,如预测准确性较差,模型适用性较低,数据收集较困难等。上述问题的存在使得传统信用风险管理模式难以应对日益复杂的信用风险表现形式。客观金融环境的变化使得金融机构不得不改变现状来提升自身的管理水平和竞争力。将大数据技术引入信用风险管理是信息时代技术发展的客观要求,是行业竞争的客观要求,也是金融机构应对复杂风险形势的要求。本文创造性的提出基于大数据的信用风险管理模式,为现阶段金融机构的信贷业务经营及贷后风险预警提供了参考。同时,本文以金融市场中处于核心地位的银行业机构的成功转型为出发点,通过A银行引入大数据信用风险管理的成功案例,论证大数据技术在金融机构信用风险管理领域普遍应用的可行性。 
英文摘要:With the wide usage of Mobile Internet, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things and Social Networks, it has become a global common view that big data can lead the development in all area. Big data has been recognized as another subversive revolution of technology in the industry of IT, following the development of Cloud Computing and Internet of Things. It influences on the society, economy and life of people not only on the technological level, but also on the essential level by providing people a whole new concept and ways to observe the world. In the informational era of big data, complex human behavior become reasonable and traceable by collection of huge amount of information, data process and data analysis. Risk management has always been the core activity of finance. Facing the sudden development of the data revolutionary, the reliance and requirement of data in the process of risk management has increased gradually. Especially in the field of credit risk management, big data has brought the huge change in the way of management and thinking. It has become a new research subject for financial institutions to find a way by using the technology of big data to collect and grasp the data effectively, to reduce the risk of default by data analysis and to improve the efficiency of credit risk management. On the basis of research of relative theories, this article concludes the problems and shortcoming of the traditional way of credit risk management such as low accuracy of forecast, poor applicability of the models, and difficulty of data collection. The existence of the above-mentioned problems makes it more and more difficult for the traditional pattern of credit risk management to process the increasingly complex forms of credit risk. Financial institutions have to improve their own competitive power and management to adapt to the change of the financial environment. Application of the big data technology to the credit risk management is not only the requirement of the development of IT technology and the competition of financial industry, but also the required response by financial institutions facing the complex risk situation. The mode of credit risk management based on big data presented by this article provides the reference to financial institutions in their operation of loan business and their post loan early-warning system. Meanwhile, a demonstration of the availability of the general application of technology of big data in the field of credit risk management of financial institutions is made in this article by the successful case of credit risk management using big data in bank A, which is a good example of the successful transformation of the banking institutions, the core institutions in the financial market.
