中文摘要:21世纪是竞争的时代,企业的竞争已经国际化,无论企业是否愿意都要面对国际市场的竞争,随着互联网的时空发展,国家的概念已经更加模糊和边缘化,跨国企业无疑也要面对国际市场的激烈竞争,企业要持续发展,要立于不败之地,要基业长青,就需要做好战略规划、合理高效的启用资源,在企业资源中最重要的资源就是那些在企业的各个环节中起着关键性作用的员工,这类员工就是企业的核心员工,他们是最有价值、最具活力、最具有潜力和创造力的重要资源。如何有效的使用、开发、培育、保留和激励这类资源是决定企业能否成功、能否持续发展的关键因素。特别是那些期望在未来5到10年步入世界500强的跨国企业,核心员工的保留与激励至关重要。 本论文旨在探讨跨国企业核心员工保留与激励方法问题。本论文根据理论与实践相结合的思路,分析得出跨国企业的核心员工的基本特征和独特性,通过案例分析并借鉴国际知名跨国企业成功的核心员工管理经验,提出跨国企业核心员工的保留和激励方法,在管理实践中不断的进行总结、检验和完善, 最终有利于保留和激励核心员工的目的。 论文以作者亲身经历的跨国企业为研究对象,提出本文要解决的问题是跨国企业只有正确的认识和鉴别本企业的核心员工,分析核心员工流失的真正原因,并采取有效的激励方法对核心员工进行激励,只有这样才能保留核心员工并帮助他们创造出最大的生产力、充分激发他们的潜力,在实现自我价值的同时企业受益、实现双赢。 通过国际知名跨国企业——B集团行之有效的核心员工管理研究,结合理论研究,我们得出:对企业核心员工实施行之有效的职业生涯管理是参与国际化竞争的跨国企业走向成功的有效方法之一。 本文结合作者所在的跨国企业T集团对核心员工的管理实践,分析了该企业核心员工管理的缺失、不足和担忧。参考B集团成功核心员工管理方法,结合我国跨国企业的自身特点和本企业的行业和专业特色,提出了若干项对核心员工形成有效保留和激励的管理方法。  
英文摘要:21st century were the competition time, enterprise's competition already internationalizes, regardless of enterprise whether were willing all to have to face the international market the competition, along with the Internet space and time development, the national concept already were fuzzier, moved towards the internationalization enterprise also to have to face the international market without doubt the steep competition, the enterprise must develop continually, had to be in an impregnable position, wants the base industry ever green, needed to complete the strategic plan reasonably, highly effective begins using the resources, the most important resources were these is playing the crucial role staff in the enterprise resources in enterprise's each link, this kind of staff was enterprise's core staffs, they most have the value Most has the vigor, most has the potential and the creativity important resources. How does the effective use, the development, the cultivation, retain and drove this kind of resources are decided whether the enterprise does succeed the key aspect which, whether develops continually. Specially these expectations will march into in the future 5 to 10 years the world 500 strong enterprises, the core staff nurtures remains with drives very important. The present paper the mentality which unifies according to the theory and the practice, the core staff's basic characteristic and the distinctive quality which the analysis obtains enterprise, analyzes and profits from the core staff managerial experience through the case which the international well-known enterprise succeeds, proposes enterprise core staff's career management and the drive method, to solve the question of the core staffs ,only then the correct understanding and distinguishes this enterprise, the true reason which the analysis core staff leaves job, and adopts the effective method to carry on the drive and the management, only to stimulate their potential fully, while realizes the self-value enterprise benefit, the realization is win-win.
