| 中文摘要: | 随着社会和经济的飞速发展,服务外包行业作为一个近来新兴的行业受到了越来越多的重视,发展服务外包和整体解决方案式的服务在高科技信息技术行业越来越流行。S公司作为向制药企业提供药品注册电子申报解决方案的供应商,在为欧美跨国制药企业进行外包服务的过程中积累了丰富的经验。随着近年来市场的不断发展和客户需求的不断变化,S公司的业务开始向全球范围内扩张,重新制定一个符合公司长远利益的发展战略对公司后续的发展具有重要的意义。 本文以S公司为研究对象,通过对全球药品注册电子申报行业的环境,运用战略管理分析工具和纵向一体化理论对公司的现有发展战略进行了分析,并根据分析的结果重新制定过了新的发展战略和保障措施。本文依据提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的研究思路展开研究。文章分为七个部分,第一部分介绍了电子申报行业的现状,提出了研究问题和研究的动机及意义,介绍了研究的方法和思路。第二部分对运用的理论及现有的研究进行了回顾。第三部分介绍了公司发展的独特性,对公司的整体情况做了简单的介绍。第四部分对公司现有发展战略进行了分析,通过市场环境分析、竞争者分析、S公司的SWOT分析得出了S公司现有发展战略的不足。第五部分根据市场的情况和客户的需求,提出了公司新的发展战略和长期的业务模块的划分。第六部分根据公司新的发展战略提出了具体的保障措施。最后一部分,总结了论文的结论,以及研究的不足之处和后续研究展望。 公司的发展战略对公司长期的稳定发展甚至是商业模式改进都会产生积极影响,且有利于A公司与其客户们的双赢。本文的研究对于提供其它行业的高科技服务整体解决方案的公司来说,在提升企业竞争力,开拓市场,构建良好客户关系和提高市场占有率等有一定的指导和参考意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of society and economy, outsourcing industry has played a very important role in the high-tech industry. It is more popular to develop outsourcing and total solutions service in the traditional industry. As the senior supplier of the drug application e-Submission solutions for pharmaceutical company, S company has accumulated lots of experiences during the service of the pharmaceutical companies in US and EU market. As the continuous development of the market and customer, S company has decided to expand its service globally. As a result, it is very important to revise the current development strategy and come up with a new strategy to meet the future demand of the company. This thesis takes Company S as the research object, bases on the environment analysis of drug application e-Submission industry in US EU and Asia, combines with strategy management theory, develops a set of update development strategies and safeguards measures. Following the method of proposing the problem, analyzing the problem and solving the problem, this thesis is divided into seven chapters: Chapter 1 introduces the status of e-Submission industry, raised the problem, introduce the motives, significance and the methods of this research. Chapter 2 summarizes the reference theories and current existing research. Chapter 3 introduce the current situation of the industry environment and operation situation of company S. Chapter 4 analyses the current development strategy of the company S by using the analysis of the market environment, competitors, and SWOT analysis, in order to find the weak points of the company S. Chapter 5has developed a new strategy management plan base on the outcome and findings of the chapter 4 and come up with the long-term vision of the company. Chapter 6introduces some safeguard method according to the new development strategy, such as re-organize the structure of the company and development a new motivation method. Chapter 7 summarized the conclusions, deficiency, and follow-up research prospects. A good and clear development strategy would results in a very positive impact on the long-term development and business model of the company. Moreover, this research is trying to give some advice and reference on competitiveness enhancing, market developing, customer relationship building and market share increasing for those companies that focus on total solutions in other high-tech service industry. | |
