中文摘要：	在当代高速发展的经济环境下，物流行业的发展水平已经成为衡量一个地区乃至一个国家经济水平的重要标志之一。物流服务已渗入到各行各业以及人们的日常生活中。节约成本提升效率是所有物流企业共同的追求。对于第三方物流企业而言，如何以最低的费用，最少的资源，为客户提供安全、准时、卓越品质的多功能一体化的综合服务，是企业要应对的最为重要的课题。推进物流信息化应用以及建设高效先进的物流信息平台是现代物流企业优化成本管理的重要手段之一。物流信息化可以削减企业运营成本，提高企业经营效率，增加业务运作的灵活性，是提升企业成本管理水平的重要工具。本文通过对S物流有限公司基于电子信息平台进行成本管理的现状和问题进行分析，介绍了S物流有限公司通过对物流信息系统进行升级并改善相应管理流程从而提升成本管理水平的案例，并在此基础上提出第三方物流企业优化成本管理的一些措施与方法。希望对于第三方物流企业的信息平台建设及成本管理优化起到抛砖引玉的参考作用。具体的行文结构如下：首先，对国内外的研究和发展现状进行了总结，介绍了物流信息化、物流信息平台、物流成本管理等概念以及国内外物流成本管理发展现状。其次，对S物流有限公司的基本情况进行了介绍，包括S物流有限公司现有的物流信息平台的结构、功能与业务流程，在此基础上重点介绍了S物流有限公司成本管理的现状，尤其是运用信息平台进行成本管理的现状。再次，找出S物流有限公司基于电子信息平台的成本管理当中待改进的问题加以分析，阐明原因。最后，在此基础上，提出S物流有限公司面对上述问题可进行的成本管理优化方案，包括物流管理系统升级，成本管理流程优化等一系列成本管理优化措施。
英文摘要：	In the environment with rapid developing economy, the development level of logistics industry has been an important symbol to measure the economic situation of a region even a nation. Logistic service works in every trade and people’s daily life. Cost saving and efficiency lifting is the common pursuit of all logistics enterprises. For the third party logistics enterprise, how to provide safe, punctual, excellent quality of multi-function integrated comprehensive service with the lowest cost as well as least amount of resources is the most important topic for enterprises to discuss. Promoting the application of logistics information technology and building effective information platform is some kind of important methods to optimize cost management for modern logistics enterprises. Logistics computing platform is conductive to reducing enterprise operating cost, improving enterprises’ management efficiency and increasing the flexibility of business operation, which is vital to the administration of the whole enterprise. This thesis introduces the cost optimization case of S logistics Co., Ltd based on the analysis of the company’s current cost management situation, the problems the company met and the causes of the problems. On the basis mentioned above, several measures for third party logistics enterprise to optimize cost management are proposed. That will be fine if the measures are helpful to the management work of the third party logistics enterprise. This thesis consists of six chapters, and the structure is as follows: First of all, the thesis summarizes the research and development status of domestic and abroad and introduces the concepts of logistics information，logistics information platform and logistics cost management. The thesis also introduced the cost management systems at home and abroad. Secondly, the thesis introduces the basic situation of S logistics Co., Ltd, including functions and business processes of the existing logistics information platform. Then the thesis illustrates the current situation of cost management work, especially the use of information platform for the current situation of cost management work. Thirdly, the thesis finds out the problems the company faced, and analyzes the reasons of the cost management problems. Finally, based on the analysis, cost management optimization scheme is proposed, which includes logistics management system upgrade plan, cost management process optimization and a series of cost management optimization measures.
