中文摘要：	当前，全民阅读的理念深入人心，移动阅读已成为阅读趋势，高校图书馆与第三方资源提供商联手打造移动图书馆为在校师生提供移动服务已比比皆是。本文以天津交通职业学院超星移动图书馆为例，通过300份问卷调查的方式发现，在用户认知方面，有三成用户根本不知道学院开通了超星移动图书馆，主要原因是由于试用时间短以及图书馆宣传不到位等原因，而对于使用过该软件的用户他们的使用目的是休闲娱乐和增加课外知识；在用户体验方面，用户多以手机为移动设备，在图书馆、宿舍等场所利用碎片化时间使用超星移动图书馆，用户大多以软件自助推送和直接键入关键词的方式获取资源，资源内容主要集中在“小说”和“名著”类，阅读方式以泛读为主，反馈式阅读较少，用户希望在资源丰富性、软件美观度和运行速度方面有所提升和改进，用户对于超星移动图书馆的总体评价属于中等水平。鉴于此，从超星公司和学校图书馆两个角度出发分别为超星移动图书馆的发展提供了建议和对策。从超星公司角度，建议首先从资源下手，提高资源质量和数量，提升资源更新速度，重点资源重点支持，其次提升软件整体水平，增加功能设置，加快运行速度，提升美观度，最后凸显软件特色，提升竞争优势；从学校图书馆角度，建议该校图书馆宣传普及移动阅读理念，加快无线网络项目脚步，扩大宣传阵地加大宣传力度，抓住特定用户群体有针对性地开展工作，与超星公司畅通沟通渠道并及时反馈使用问题。
英文摘要：	At present, the concept of national reading is deep rooted in our mind, and mobile reading has become the new tread.It could be seen everywhere that The university library resources cooperate with third party providers to create mobile library and offer mobile services for teachers and students. Taking Chaoxing mobile library of Tianjin transportation vocational college as an example, it shows that thirty percent of users do not know Chaoxing mobile library via 300 questionnaires survey. The main reasons include the shorage of trial time and the deficiency of library propaganda. For the user of the software,the purpose is to take a leisurely life and gain extracurricular knowledge. In terms of user experience, most users choose mobile phones as mobile devices and browse on Chaoxing mobile library in the library, dormitories and other places in fragmented time. Most of the users access the resources by software self-help push or type in keywords directly, They mainly concentrate in the "Fiction" and " the Classics", by an extensive reading way instead of feedback reading. The users expect the improvement in abundance of resources, aesthetic of software and running speed.The evaluation of Chaoxing mobile library by users is on the average level.Therefore, Chaoxing company and school library offer advises and solutions for Chaoxing mobile library respectively.In the perspective of ChaoXing company, it is suggested to start with resources, to improve resource quantity and quality, enhance resource update speed and seek for main resources support.Secondly, it should improve the overall level of the software, increase the function setting, accelerate the speed, improve aesthetic, highlight the software features, and enhance competitive advantage. From the aspecilereading concepts and make it popular, speed up the wireless of the school library, it is suggested that the school library should propaganda mobless network projects, expand propaganda positions to increase publicity and seize the work targeted to specific user groups. To communicate with the ChaoXing company smoothly and feed back the problems while using in time.
