| 中文摘要: | 近几年“一带一路”、亚投行、人民币加入SDR等一系列国际举措使我国的国际地位得到进一步的提升,逐步与国际接轨,那就意味着我国的企业要面对世界市场的竞争。这时,竞争情报的重要性就显现出来,但是一提到竞争情报,注意力大多数会集中在产品服务质量上,但是在这个信息化时代,产品服务的质量、特色等都透明化,那么如何在激烈的竞争环境下获得持续的发展,就需要注重竞争情报这个“软实力”。竞争情报就是企业获取信息、管理信息、分析信息、输出情报的过程,它会成为企业立足于市场的决胜武器。竞争情报的分析方法一般有:定标比超分析、SWOT分析、财务分析等。本文简要介绍三种著名的竞争情报流程,构建财务信息情报化的流程,最后将采用财务分析法中的比率分析法来进行竞争情报的研究,因为财务分析是能够最有效量化企业以及竞争对手信息的一种方法。本文将以中国太平洋保险集团股份有限公司(简称中国太保)为研究主体,中国平安保险集团股份有限公司(简称中国平安)为竞争对手,先简单分析了中国太保2013年-2015年三年的财务状况,得到其在市场上自身竞争力,之后利用财务数据详细分析对比了两家企业在偿债、资产营运、盈利以及发展方面的能力,根据数据对比分析得出中国太保的优势以及短板,提出一些针对性建议,为企业的进一步竞争策略制定提供数据支持,希望对企业获得竞争优势有一些指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of economy, the promotion of the international status of our country,and a series of international initiatives such as:The Belt and Road"、 Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and RMB join SDR, China gradually with international standards, it means that China's enterprises have to face the competition of the world. At this time, the importance of competitive intelligence is highlighted. But the mention of competitive intelligence, most attention will be focused on the quality of the products and services, but in this era of information, the quality and features of products and services is transparent, so how to obtain sustainable development in the fierce competitive environment, we need to pay more attention to the soft power of enterprises- competitive intelligence. Competitive intelligence is the process of obtaining information, managing information, analyzing information and get intelligence, it will be victory weapons of the enterprise in the market. Competitive intelligence analysis methods are generally: Benchmarking, SWOT analysis, financial analysis etc. This paper briefly introduces the two famous competitive intelligence process, and builds the financial competitive intelligence process. Finally, it will use the ratio analysis method in the financial analysis to carry on the research of competitive intelligence. Because financial analysis is one of the most effective method to quantify the intelligence of the enterprise and competitor. The China Pacific Insurance group Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as China CPIC) as the research subject and Chinese Ping An insurance group Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as China Ping) for the competitor. First, a simple analysis of the China CPIC financial situation in 2013-2015 , and get the own competitive situation in the market, then, detailed analysis and comparison of the four major financial indicators of the two companies include solvency, operating capacity, profitability and development capacity. According to the data analysis get the advantages and disadvantages of China CPIC,some pertinent suggestions are put forward, which provide data support for the further development of competitive strategy, and hope to have some guiding significance for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. | |
