| 中文摘要: | 现如今,互联网时代的到来使人们观看视频的方式逐渐由传统电视媒体向网络视频媒体转变,而层出不穷的视频网站使这一市场的竞争愈加激烈,如何在竞争中稳定并长远地发展,是每个视频网站需要考虑的重要问题。人际情报是企业进行竞争情报工作的重要途径,对人际情报网络的构建有利于有效实现竞争中的信息获取、分析以及决策,而视频网站在日常工作中时时面对竞争的特点,也使人际情报的方式对其较为适合。 本文从我国视频网站日常工作的内容和流程出发,针对其经营过程中的几项重要竞争情报,基于社会网络和人际情报网络的相关理论,构建我国视频网站的人际情报网络,并分析提出相关应用策略。本文首先对人际网络、人际情报网络及我国视频网站的相关理论知识作以介绍,并阐述了构建视频网站人际情报网络的目的与意义。接下来,对我国视频网站人际情报网络的模式进行分析,并确定视频网站所需要的重要情报,由这些情报获取过程中涉及到的人或组织出发,确定网络中的结点,对各结点进行定位和介绍说明,并明确各结点之间关系,依此进行网络的构建。而后,针对已经构建的人际情报网络图,分析在情报工作过程中各结点联系的过程,针对视频网站所需的各个情报及情报的不同获取途径,提出人际情报网络的应用策略。在应用策略研究部分中,对各结点在不同情况下的不同重要性加以分析,并对应情报获取过程,提出相应的反情报策略。最后,将腾讯视频作为案例,按照前文的构建原则和方式对其人际情报网络进行构建,并将两个所建网络进行简单对比和分析,使笼统网络模型与实际视频网站的人际情报网络形成对照,为研究和实践增添实用性和灵活性。 在研究方法上,本文将案例分析和跨学科研究法相结合,并在分析我国视频网站人际情报网络各结点的重要性时,以“各结点参与情报活动的数量”作为衡量其参与程度的依据,将结点的重要性进行定量。本文旨在为我国视频网站的人际竞争情报工作提供理论的借鉴以及具体方法和技巧的指导。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Nowadays, with the arrival of the Internet Era, people have changed the way of watching videos from TV media to network video media. Due to the endless emerging of network video enterprises, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. How to get well develop in the competition has become the important issue to be considered by every video enterprise. Human intelligence is an important way for competitive intelligence work of enterprises. The construction of human intelligence network in enterprises is conducive to the realization of information acquisition, analysis and decision-making in the competition. Because network video enterprises are facing competition from time to time, human intelligence is more suitable for them. In this paper, based on daily work content and process of China’s video websites and theories related to social network and human intelligence network, the paper established a human intelligence network of China’s video websites for several important competitive intelligences in their operation process and proposed relevant application strategies after analysis. At first, the paper introduced some theories and knowledge related to human network, human intelligence network and China’s video websites and specified the purpose and significance of establishing such a human intelligence network of video websites. Then, the model of human intelligence network of China’s video websites was analyzed to determine important intelligences which are required by video websites. By analyzing individuals or organizations involved in the process of intelligence acquiring, nodes of the network were determined. Then, each node was positioned and described to clarify the relations between them, so as to establish the network. After that, based on the established human intelligence network, the communication process between nodes in the intelligence acquiring process was analyzed. For each intelligence required by video websites and intelligence acquiring approaches, the application strategies of human intelligence network were proposed. In the part of application strategy study, different importance levels of each node under different conditions were analyzed. In addition, corresponding counterintelligence strategies were proposed for coping with the intelligence acquiring process. At last, Tencent video website was taken as an example to establish a human intelligence network according to above mentioned establishment principles and methods. Then, the two established networks were compared and analyzed to make a comparison between the general network model and the human intelligence network of actual video network, so as to improve practicability and flexibility of the study and practice. In terms of research methodology, the paper combined case analysis and interdisciplinary research method. In the process of analyzing importance of each node of human intelligence network of China’s video websites, the number of intelligence activities from each node was adopted as the basis to measure their involvement degree, so as to quantify their importance degree. The paper was aimed at providing some theoretical references and specific methods and skills for human competitive intelligence works of China’s video websites. | |
