中文摘要:近十年来,是中国医疗器械行业的快速发展时期。医疗器械作为医疗卫生中的一个分支,其市场发展基础相对薄弱,但是市场潜力巨大。医疗器械融合了医学、计算机科学、生物材料学等,是一个多学科交叉、知识密集、资金密集的行业,目前已成为我国高科技领域十分具有发展前景的生力军。当前,在国家实行城乡统筹及十三五规划,大力鼓励民营资本进入医疗行业的背景下,我国医疗器械行业面临前所未有的发展机遇。 本文以L医疗集团有限公司为研究对象,对其发展状况进行分析,为其制定出适合其在中国发展的竞争战略选择。本文的研究具有一定的指导性、实用性及代表性,其次本文研究和解答了以L医疗集团为代表的本土医疗器械公司如何应对环境变化,在激烈的市场竞争中生存并做到持续性发展,对中国医疗企业的生存和发展具有重要的现实意义,另外对于竞争战略选择研究也有一定的理论意义。 本文的研究主要是基于战略竞争理论,运用五力模型及PEST分析法对L医疗器械集团有限公司所处的内外部环境进行分析,在此基础上,再进一步对其企业自身具有的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进一步分析,从而确定L公司在未来新的竞争态势下应实施的竞争战略。 本文的创新在于研究对象的独特性,目前国内学者对医疗器械公司的战略研究较多,但是研究对象在检验诊断产品领域围绕产业链上下游做多元化的公司比较少,并且L医疗集团业务模式独特,为客户提供诊断设备、试剂、及耗材一揽子集成打包服务,对其它企业有借鉴作用。受限于研究能力和专业知识,本文有很多不足之处,理论分析有待进一步深入、系统,证据资料需进一步充实。 
英文摘要:In the recent ten years, the medical devices industry has experienced a rapid growth in China.The medical equipment is a branch of medical health industry and its market development infrastructure is relatively weak, but the market potential is huge. Medical device industry is an integration of medicine, computer science, biological materials, etc., which is a mufti-disciplinary and knowledge intensive, capital intensive industry. Medical equipment industry has become a new force in the high-tech fields of China. So far, the implementation of urban and rural medical insurance planning and encouragement of private capital to enter the medical industry make China’s medical industry is facing a new unprecedented opportunity. This paper take L Medical Group Co. Ltd as the research object, by making research on the development status to develop a suitable competitive strategy in China for its development. This study has a certain guiding, practical and representative meaning, also it studies and solves how the local medical equipment companies in response to changes in the environment and achieve sustainable development, in order to survive in the fierce market competition. The paper has important practical significance for the survival and development of China medical enterprise and also has certain oriental significance for the studies of competitive strategy choice. This study is mainly based on the theory of competitive strategy, by the way of analyzing the internal and external environment with five forces model and PEST analysis method of L Medical Group company , on this basis, further to analyze the enterprise's own advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, to determine the new competitive strategy of L company in the future . The innovation of this paper lies in the unique nature of the research object, the current domestic scholars make research on the medical device company strategic research more, but the research object of which is in the field of diagnostic products and is operated around the industry chain for diversification is relatively small, and the business model of L medical group is unique, it provides diagnostic equipment, reagents and consumables for the customer with a integrated service package , which can be used as a reference to other enterprises. This article has many deficiencies limited to the research ability and professional knowledge, theoretical analysis needs to be further done, and the evidence, data needs to be enriched.
