中文摘要：	随着国家经济发展速度的加快，国内工程建筑行业的竞争也越来越激烈。工程项目建设要求的提高、规模的扩大，以及企业对物资采购质量与效率要求的提高，这些都造成施工建设企业对工程项目管理的难度越来越大。仅仅依赖于人力资源的大量投入对信息进行处理的传统方法，已经很难适应当前企业管理的需要，而现代企业管理信息量大、信息传递速度增快与交流频率增加的特点，也使高效管理难以实现。随着国内外建筑业对管理效率要求的日益提高，各类管理工具如雨后春笋般涌现，而针对性地适用于国内建筑业物资采购管理的工具却少之又少。本文通过对国内外ERP系统应用与发展现状的分析，提出针对物资采购管理的ERP系统规划，进而揭示研究的背景和意义。文中详细介绍了ERP的形成发展与主要管理思想，以及ERP的主要实施方法和管理要点。研究内容以作者所在的A公司项目物资管理现状为出发点，归纳总结了物资管理过程中出现的问题，并对项目管理的主要需求进行分析，设定出实施物资管理系统的主要目标。文章结合现代施工建设行业物资管理的需求与特点，对施工建设企业基于ERP的物资管理系统进行了详细的功能设计与系统构建，总结出物资系统的主要功能与辅助功能。通过对A公司项目组织与主要业务流程的优化，简要提出了系统实施的方案步骤，并针对系统实施过程中的数据采集与风险控制提出了一定的建议。最后文章总结研究的主要内容与创新点，分析了基于ERP的物资管理系统中的主要不足，对工程建设行业信息化的发展进行了展望。
英文摘要：	With the acceleration of the national economic development, the domestic engineering construction industry competition is more and more intense. Requirements of project construction, increasing scale, and the business requirements for the quality and efficiency of procurement increase, which are caused by the construction enterprise in the engineering project management has become more and more difficult. The traditional methods rely on large investment from human resources to information processing, has been difficult to meet the needs of enterprise management and modern enterprise management. A large amount of information in modern enterprise management, increasing of the Speed in information transmission and the frequency of information exchange, also make efficient management difficult to achieve. With the increasing demands of the construction industry management efficiency in the domestic and foreign, all kinds of management tools have sprung up, bug the tool for material procurement management of construction industry in China is few. By analyzing the present situation of application and development of ERP systems, I put forward a kind of ERP system planning for procurement management, and reveals the background and significance of the study. This paper introduces the development and the main management ideas of ERP, as well as the implementation methods of ERP and the main points of the project management. The research content in A company project material management present situation as the starting point, summarizes the problems in the process of materials management, and analyzes the main requirements of project management, then sets out the main objectives for the implementation of the material management system. Combining with the characteristics and requirements of modern construction industry management, in this paper, the function and system construction of the material management system based on ERP are designed in detail, the main and auxiliary functions of the material system are summarized. Through the optimization of the project organization and the main business process of A company, this paper puts forward the solution steps and some suggestions for the data acquisition and risk control in the process of system implementation. Finally, the paper summarizes the main content and innovation points, analyzes the problems in the material management system based on ERP, and looks forward to the development of the information technology in the construction industry.
