中文摘要：	SAP是Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing的简称，它不仅是一个管理信息系统，同时还代表着一种先进的管理思想。它应用于国内外各行各业的企业中，在提升企业管理、优化企业资源等方面发挥着相当重要的作用。SAP的核心是将企业各方面的资源进行管理整合并进行合理调配，发挥信息化优势，提升企业核心竞争力，从而使企业在市场竞争中占据更大的优势。在21世纪的今天，相当多的企业已经把管理信息系统，特别是SAP系统的建设提升到了企业信息化战略的高度。企业信息化战略已经与企业的并购战略、营销战略等处于同等重要位置。 自2010年以来，企业的竞争环境更加复杂多变，同时互联网企业的兴起，使得企业更加需要及时获取日常生产的成本信息。因此，精细化成本管理领域中的日成本管理已经逐步被各企业所关注，并在越来越多的企业中开始探索。同时，随着SAP系统建设在国内的兴起，个别企业开始研究和实践基于SAP的日成本管理系统的实施工作，T公司就是其中之一。T公司作为国内率先尝试实施基于SAP的日成本管理系统的企业，并且其日成本管理系统的设想相比于其他公司的日成本管理系统具有更复杂的数据采集、分析、测算功能。因此，T公司在系统建设过程中遇到了诸多困难和挑战。本文正是通过研究T公司在SAP日成本管理系统实施过程中发现的问题及采取的对策，得出T公司宝贵的实战经验对其他企业日成本实施的重要作用，同时研究SAP日成本管理项目所需要的重点保障措施，以提高系统的实施成功率。对T公司实施的问题和对策的研究及项目重点保障措施的研究分析，可以为未来同类企业实施基于SAP的日成本管理系统提供参考和借鉴。
英文摘要：	SAP is short for Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing. It is not only a management information system, but also a kind of advanced management ideas which it represents. SAP is applied to all kinds of industries and plays critical roles in improving an enterprise's management and optimizing an enterprise's resources. The core value of SAP is to manage and integrate all kinds of resources in enterprise, allocate resources reasonably, use information superiority and promote enterprise's core competitiveness. In the 21st century, quite a number of enterprises have concentrated on IT system management and promoted SAP system implementation to the height of enterprise's IT strategy which is in the same important position with the enterprise merger and acquisition strategy and marketing strategy. Since 2010, the competition environment of enterprise is more and more complex and variable. At the same time, the rise of Internet companies makes enterprise's managers need to get daily cost information in time urgently. Therefore, daily cost management in fine cost management field has gradually been paid great attention in various enterprises and more and more enterprises begin to explore. At the same time, with the rise of the SAP system in domestic market, some enterprises started to research and practice daily cost management system which is based on SAP, including T company. T company tried to implement SAP daily cost management system very early in China. The daily production data collection, analysis and calculation function in T company daily cost management system is much more complex than other enterprises’. Therefore, T company encountered many problems and challenges in the process of its implementation of daily cost management system. This thesis is to research and study the problems which T company encountered and the corresponding solutions, then get the conclusion that T company’s valuable experience has very important impact on the implementation of daily cost management system in other enterprises. At the same time, this thesis is to research the key measures for daily cost management system to improve the system implementation success rate. Research and analysis in this thesis can provide reference values to similar enterprises which will implement SAP daily cost management system in the future.
