中文摘要：	改革开放三十多年以来，中国的对外贸易，特别是中美贸易得到了迅猛发展，越来越多的美国零售商把产品放在中国进行生产。要保证产品既达到质量要求又符合美国的法律法规，零售商做好对供应商的产品质量控制工作就显得尤为重要。 Target公司作为全美第二大零售商，对其供应商的产品质量控制一直有着独到之处，很多地方值得研究借鉴。但是，近年以来，特别是2008年的金融危机以来，全球经济低迷。同时，作为“世界工厂”的中国，生产成本如原材料、人工工资等日益增长，加上通货膨胀等因素，给众多零售商的产品质量控制带来了诸多挑战。Target也同样面临着这些挑战，其供应商质量控制体系也需要进一步完善提高。 本文以Target对山东地区供应商的产品质量控制为研究方向，首先介绍了Target实施山东地区供应商产品质量控制的必要性和存在的问题。 其次，综合阐述Target如何通过工厂评估、产前会议、产品测试、产品检验、持续改进和流程优化等手段对山东地区供应商执行产品质量事前、事中和事后控制策略。 再次，从组织人员、制度流程和技术等几个方面阐述如何保证这些策略的顺利实施。 最后，表述了产品质量控制中的创新点、研究的不足之处及对今后下一阶段研究的展望。研究结果表明，基于供应商产品质量控制系统的改善提高，Target有针对性的减少工厂评估、产品测试和产品检验的频率从而减少供需双方的成本，增强自身的竞争力。这对其他国外零售商和中国的外贸出口企业也具有一定的借鉴作用。
英文摘要：	After 30 years of reform and opening-up of China, the development of Chinese international trade has been grown fast, especially commerce with America, more than more American retailers put orders in Chinese factories. To ensure all of products comply with quality requirements, laws and regulations of America, it would be very important that product quality control to the supplier of retailer. Target is the second of the largest retailer in America, there is outstanding advantage of quality control to its suppliers. It’s worth of research. But, recently, especially since 2008 Financial Crises in the world, economy trends going down by then until now, while as “world factory”, China has to face production cost keep going up sustained, some factors are, for example: materials cost, employees cost and inflation etc., enhance challenge to the all line of production control while keep cost decreasing. In the complex variety situation, Target is treated the same challenging environment, the supplier quality control system ought to be improved as well. The thesis aims to research on product quality control of Target suppliers in Shandong province, first, to introduce the reason factors for control production quality system. Second, synthetically represents quality control policies of Target that how to perform ex-ante screening, progressing monitoring and post-project review by factory evaluation, pre-production meeting, product test, production inspection, continuous improvement and procedure optimization. Third, based on organization, team, regulation, procedure and technology to expound how to ensuring the polices are performed successfully. Finally, it describes the innovation of the quality control, the research insufficient and to explore the development of the next stage. The result of researching explains that based on factory product quality control system enhancing and improving, Target aims to focus on decreasing factory evaluation, product test and product inspection frequency so that to reduce cost both of purchaser and supplier, enhancing competitive power of company. Also, it will be the reference for other foreign retailers and Chinese manufacturing enterprises development.
