中文摘要：	管理审计是社会政治经济生活发展到一定阶段而产生的新审计模式，是现代企业管理的重要组成部分，本文以国内外最新管理审计的理论为引导，采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法，研究了开展管理审计的现实意义和重要作用。论文对管理审计的含义和特征进行了界定，分析管理审计与财务审计的区别，阐述了管理审计的作用和目标以及内容、方法和模式等，并通过对山东金建物流有限公司管理审计情况的调查研究，对金建公司管理审计的过程、方法和内容进行了分析，从中找出管理审计在应用过程中的不足，并进行改进，将管理审计范围涵盖了以战略管理审计和人力资源管理审计为重点的审计体系，并提出了金建公司后续进行管理审计的完善保障措施，充分发挥管理审计的监督和服务职能，全面提升企业管理水平、管理效率和管理素质。本文对管理审计的理论分析和实证研究进行了较为详尽的探讨，得到一些有益的结论，虽然管理审计取得了一定的发展成果，但无论是理论层面，还是实践层面，管理审计仍处于较低的发展水平，没有形成成熟的管理审计准则和可行的管理审计评价标准，管理审计的理论结构没有完全形成。下一步的研究将结合企业的实际情况进行不断探索，使管理审计的经验和实践更加丰富，为管理审计的作用发挥和企业管理水平提升，提供更为科学有效的理论依据和实践指导。
英文摘要：	Management audit is a new auditing mode produced when social political and economic life develops to a certain stage and it is an important part of modern enterprise management. This paper studied the practical significance and important effect of carrying out management audit by taking the latest domestic and foreign new management audit theory as guidance and using the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research. This paper defined the meaning and characteristics of management audit, analyzed the differences between management audit and financial audit and it expounded the function and target as well as content, method, model and other matters of management audit. Through the investigation and study of Shandong Jin Jian Logistics Limited company management audit, the process, methods and contents of gold construction company management audit are analyzed, and find out the deficiency of management audit in the application process from, and innovation direction as well as to let the scope of management audit cover the audit system focusing on strategic management audit and human resource management audit. The paper also put forward perfect safeguard measure for the carrying out of follow-up management audit in Jinjian company to fully play the supervision and service function of management audit and comprehensively improve the management level, management efficiency and management quality of the enterprise. This paper carried out a more detailed discussion on the theoretical analysis and empirical research of management audit and got some useful conclusions. Although the management audit obtained certain development, but whether it is theoretical or practical level, management audit is still in low level, has not formed a mature management audit standards and feasible evaluation standards of management audit, management audit theory structure is not completely formed. The next step will be combined with the actual situation of enterprises to continuously explore the experience and practice of the management audit more abundant, play for the management audit and the role of enterprises to improve the management level, to provide more theoretical basis and practical guidance for scientific and effective.
