| 中文摘要: | 从心理调适能力的视角研究独立学院的应届本科毕业生的就业信息搜寻行为特征,此处的心理调适是指面对困难或问题时解决心理困扰的能力,进而分别分析了调查样本的心理调适能力和就业信息搜寻行为的差异性,总结了不同的心理调适能力的大学生在搜寻就业信息时所表现出的差异,从这一新的视角出发,了解我国高校培养学生的就业信息搜寻能力的现状,为高校培养学生高效的信息搜寻能力指引了思路和方向。研究中采用问卷调查的方法收集了363位来自北京交通大学海滨学院的应届本科毕业生的心理调适和就业信息搜寻行为两方面的数据,考察了海滨学院的应届本科毕业生心理调适能力的强弱以及搜寻就业信息时表现出的差异性,借助Excel和SPSS对数据进行统计整理、编码计算和分析。研究中,按心理调适能力的差异性把学生样本分成强、中、弱三类心理调适能力的人,从就业信息需求和意识、信息检索、信息浏览和信息利用四个方面分析三类人群的就业信息搜寻行为的差异性。通过这一研究得出,不同的人具有不同的心理调适能力,当面对同样的信息需求时人们的心理调适能力的差异性直接影响于信息搜寻行为,使得信息需求意识、信息检索、信息浏览和信息利用行为都表现出不同的特征。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Search behavior characteristics from the perspective of psychological adjustment ability of graduates of Independent Colleges employment information, respectively, the psychological adjustment here refers to the ability to solve the psychological problems in the face of the same information needs, analyzed the differences of psychological adjustment ability and employment information search behavior survey sample sex, summed up the difference psychological adjustment ability of different college students show in search of employment information, from a new perspective, current situation to understand the development of employment information searching ability of students in Colleges and universities of our country, for the cultivation of students' ability of efficient information search guidance ideas and direction. Two aspects of search behavior study using the method of questionnaire survey collected 363 from Beijing Jiaotong University Haibin college graduates psychological adjustment and employment information data, examines the differences in strength and search for employment information showed Haibin college graduates psychological adjustment ability, with the help of Excel and SPSS for data the calculation and analysis of sorting and statistical encoding.
