中文摘要：	知识经济的蓬勃发展让知识已逐渐成为社会发展的主要生产力量。知识的获取、利用、创新是企业发展的助力。知识管理在企业的发展战略地位重要性逐渐提升，而知识地图作为知识导航系统，是广泛关注的热点之一。在这个趋势之下，风险投资机构同样需要在投资决策过程中进行知识管理。构建知识地图，可以尽快了解风险投资企业知识的分布，降低投资风险，易于项目的可投资性判断，同时利于提升员工个人风险投资专业知识素养，促进知识共享，提高工作效率。 而目前学者多以概念角度研究知识地图，针对性应用研究相对不多。本文将以知识地图的视角出发，通过对风险投资决策的知识地图的相关文献进行梳理，对知识地图和风险投资决策的相关概念进行深入解析。同时，以天津某风险投资企业为例，结合该企业的实际需求，通过专家访谈法和文本分析法对风险投资企业投资决策的知识地图进行研究及分析，构建出该风投企业投资决策的流程型知识地图、基于投资知识的概念型知识地图以及职称型知识地图，以形成该企业的投资知识地图，并设计可期实现的知识地图界面,以实践的角度揭示风险投资决策的知识资源的分布以及企业知识之间的联系。同时为知识地图以及知识管理的进一步实践作以铺垫，为该企业的投资决策提供指南和参考。此外，构建的知识地图对企业员工各自存在的隐性知识和显性知识进行连结，并对知识搜索起到导向的作用，达到知识共享的目的，以期实现知识创新。
英文摘要：	Along with the vigorous developing of knowledge economics,knowledge has become the main productive force of social development. Knowledge’s acquisition, utilization, innovation are the power of enterprise development. The importance of knowledge management in enterprise's development strategy status is gradually increasing, and as a knowledge navigation system, knowledge map is one of the hot spots. Under this trend, venture capital institutions also need knowledge management in the process of investment decision. Constructing knowledge map to understand the distribution of venture capital enterprise knowledge as soon as possible, it also can reduce investment risk, besides, it good for enhancing the professional knowledge of individual risk investment, promoting the knowledges sharing, improving the efficiency of work. At present, many scholars study knowledge map from the perspective of concept，they don't have much to do with targeted applications. This paper will be based on the perspective of knowledge map, through combing the literature, analysis of the related concepts of knowledge map and venture capital decisions deeply. At the same time, taking a venture capital enterprise in Tianjin as an example, combining with the actual needs of the enterprise, studying the decisions of venture investment by the methods of expert interviews and the methods of textual analysis, construct the Process knowledge map, the conceptual knowledge map based on investment knowledge and the title type knowledge map of the venture capital investment decision making to form the enterprise's investment knowledge map. Also, construct the knowledge map interfaces, in order to reveal the distribution of the knowledge resource and the connection of the enterprise knowledges at an angle of practical experience. Constructing knowledge map helps to realize the linking of sharing of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge，and pave the way for the further practice of knowledge map and knowledge management, providing guidance and reference for the investment decision of the enterprise. In addition, the construction of knowledge map link the tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge of the enterprise employees, and knowledge search plays a guiding role, to achieve the purpose of knowledge sharing, in order to achieve the knowledge innovation.
