中文摘要:我国民用航空及其相关产业在近几年实现了快速的发展,这主要得益于国民经济持续稳定且高速的增长,在此良好的发展环境下,我国的民用航空器维修行业面临着巨大的机遇与挑战。海航技术天津公司诞生于这样一个激烈竞争的市场环境中,作为一个新成立航空器维修企业,确定公司未来的竞争战略和发展思路是当务之急。本论文以海航技术天津公司的竞争战略作为研究对象,在全面分析民用航空器维修行业现状,以及海航技术天津公司所处的外部环境和内部环境条件的基础上,通过使用价值链理论和竞争战略等理论分析,提出公司今后应采取的竞争战略,同时对实现竞争战略目标提出具体的战略对策。论文首先概括介绍世界民用航空器维修行业的发展现状趋势和我国民用航空器维修产业发展状况,使用PEST分析法剖析海航技术天津公司外部环境状况,结合公司维修能力和SWOT分析法,剖析出海航技术天津公司所面临的机遇与挑战。利用五力模型分析法和价值链理论,结合竞争战略理论进行深入分析,提出海航技术天津公司应采取以集中化战略为主的竞争战略。在公司竞争战略的实施上,应该从构建全新的组织架构、规划建设适合的维修管理体系、拓展维修能力范围、提升维修品质、建立良好的人才激励体制这五个方面采取措施,以确保海航技术天津公司的竞争战略得以实施。 
英文摘要:In recent years, China's civil aviation and related industries to achieve rapid development, mainly due to the sustained and stable national economy and high-speed growth. In this good development environment, China's civil aircraft maintenance industry is facing a huge opportunity And challenges. HNAT Tianjin Corporation was born in such a competitive market environment, as a newly established aircraft maintenance business, to determine the company's future competitive strategy and development ideas is a priority. Based on the analysis of the present situation of civil aircraft maintenance industry and the external environment and internal environment conditions of HNAT Tianjin Corporation, this paper uses the competitive strategy of HNAT Tianjin Corporation as the object of study, through the use of value chain theory and competitive strategy. This paper puts forward the competitive strategy that the company should take in the future, and puts forward the concrete strategic countermeasure to realize the competitive strategy target. This paper firstly introduces the present situation of the world civil aircraft maintenance industry and the development status of the civil aircraft maintenance industry in China. The PEST method is used to analyze the external environment of the company. Combining with the company's maintenance capability and SWOT analysis method, the paper analyzes HNAT Tianjin Corporation's opportunities and challenges. This paper puts forward that HNAT Tianjin Corporation should take the strategy of concentrating strategy as its competitive strategy, using five force model analysis method and value chain theory and combining with the competitive strategy theory. In the implementation of the company's competitive strategy, measures should be taken from the five aspects of building a new organizational structure, planning and building a suitable maintenance management system, expanding the scope of maintenance capacity, improving the quality of maintenance, and establishing a good talent incentive system to ensure that HNAT Tianjin Corporation's competitive strategy to be implemented.
