| 中文摘要: | 由于石油行业的特性,国内石油企业基本都是年产值百亿元至千亿元的特大型企业,成本控制对于增加企业的间接收益存在巨大的潜力。作为石油企业进行成本核算的主要指标,桶油成本成为石油企业之间竞争能力的重要标志,随着石油勘探开发技术的发展,桶油成本中的勘探、开发及开采等生产成本的可压缩空间越来越小,生产环节以外的成本控制成为了石油企业降低成本的重点。透过沃尔玛、戴尔等企业可以可看到,物流成本的控制已经逐渐成为了降低企业成本的重要利润来源,降低物流成本是石油企业控制成本的重点,而建立基于生产供应链的一体化物流系统是成本控制的重要内容。本文以中海油能源物流有限公司基地物流业务为蓝本,研究了中海油石油基地现状及问题,就物流一体化目标的实现提出优化设计方案,并针对已实施的方案进行评价。全文以中海油海上勘探开发生产供应链整体分析作为切入点,以基地物流为研究对象,描述了基地系统的功能、布局、参与方、运行模式及信息技术情况;然后就采购、仓储、资源利用、运输配送、信息共享方面分析了海油后勤基地存在的问题及原因,提出实施物流一体化的必要性;之后以物流一体化为目标,从订单驱动的上下游协同管理、物流资源优化、物资及物流需求预测、物资集中采购与供应四方面提出业务优化方案设计;最后对海油后勤物流基地正在实施的优化方案进行阐述和评价,分析制约因素,并提出实施策略调整建议。本文以整合物流需求和物流资源,降低物流整体成本为目标,通过对海洋石油后勤基地面临实际问题的分析研究并提出解决方案,研究提升中海油海洋石油专业物流一体化程度的应用方案,对于提升海洋石油物流系统的竞争力起到积极的作用,具备一定研究价值和实际应用价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As most of domestic oil companies are large scale enterprises with income of ten billion/hundred billion, the cost control makes great effort in increasing these companies’ benefit. The cost of a barrel of oil becomes an important symbol of competition ability of petroleum enterprises. With the developing of oil exploration technology, the decreasing space of the cost of a barrel of becomes narrow. It can be seen that the logistics cost control has become an important source of profit for the enterprise, such as WAL-MART, DELL and other companies. Therefore reducing the logistics cost is the most important part of cost control of petroleum enterprises, and the establishment of integrated logistics system which base on supply chain has become the important content of cost control. This paper analysis the current situation and problems of CNOOC offshore oil base, and propose an optimization design to achieve the goal of logistics integration. The gap between the offshore oil base and modern logistics system is compared, and the problems of offshore oil base from the material procurement, warehousing, transportation, management and coordination of information are analyzed. It proposed the establishment of "material suppliers,oil company,logistics base,Offshore platform" system with the goal of offshore oil base logistics integration. The optimization design scheme is proposed, including order driven upstream and downstream logistics collaborative management, logistics resource optimization, material and logistics demand forecasting and material centralized purchasing and supply. At last, the paper elaborated the optimization design scheme which has been implemented and proposed some advice for offshore oil base logistics integration. This thesis is aimed at integrating logistics resources to reduce the cost of the whole logistics chain. It analyzed the real problems of CNOOC offshore oil base and proposed solutions. This thesis will exert a positive influence on improving the competition of offshore oil base by researching the offshore oil base logistics integration. | |
